Clean, comfortable, convenient, with room for improvement on communications

Room was comfortable and well equipes for handicapped accessibility

Requested a late checkout but was rousted out by housekeeping when they weren't even ready to start with the room

Unfortunately, we won't be back.

The room was pretty clean. The maid staff was very friendly.

When checking in no information was given about breakfast, our card key had a really hard time working and even after getting another one it still did not work on the outside doors so we had to go through the lobby each time, our door did not latch and lock even after trying to slam it we came back to find the door open, and the hot tub and pool caused itchiness and rashes on multiple people.

Disappointing

The lady that checked me in on Friday afternoon was awesome. On Saturday we had an event to go to. We asked the front desk for maid service for room 312, because we were going to be there another night. The garbage needed taken out and we needed towels. They assured us that maid service would be done. We got back from the event at 430 and maid service was not done. We had no towels and a full garbage. My friend went to talk to the front desk. The worker was rude and argued with her, especially about the towels. I wont mention how uncomfortable the beds were I usually have good experiences with Wyndham hotels, but this one was disappointing

Defiantly better than expected!

There was friendly staff and there was a nice pool and hot tub that we enjoyed.

There was no elevator , and my card key didn’t work multiple times and I had to go back downstairs to fix the issue.

Great staff, clean room, uncomfortable sofa bed!

The staff was exceptional and friendly, and the room was very clean!

There were three of us in the room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Strangely, there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed, and we had to call the front desk to bring them up (this was promptly done). Additionally, the sofa bed was not very comfortable, and my back and neck hurt the next day.

Clean and convenient!

Convenient location, very clean and secure. My room was tucked away in a corner and it was so quiet and just what I was looking for! Staff were very friendly and the room was spotless.

It’s a bit loud right on the main drag, but the convenience of the location is a good trade.

Very good

Location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, appreciated that they allowed my wife to hang out after checkout while I concluded my meeting.

It was a little warm, but not too bad. The breakfast wasn't as hot as it could have been, and didn't have a lot of variety or choices.

not worth the stay!!

The room was okay.

The bed was very soft on the edge. No housekeeping ever asked if we needed more towels or to empty the trash in our room. The front desk couldn't answer any questions about the pool. You advertise that the pool was 24 hour with a hot tub. both where very sad looking. no water in the hot tub. You offered one chair on the pool deck with a hole in it. very disappointed with all of this.

hotel ok but breakfast wasn’t a good experience

the pool for the kids was a great distraction. room was just as described.

microwave was dirty when we arrived, had to ask at the reception to send someone to clean it up. there was not enough breakfast for all guests, after 9am you didn’t have anything to eat. the breakfast room also didn’t have enough room for everyone. waffle maker didn’t work. got water at the reception was also empty the one time I wanted to get a tee.

The staff was sweet and even looked for colored pencils for my son!

The room itself was terrible and not worth the money. When we arrived the toilet was clogged. My husband had to ask for a plunger and it took a good while for him to unclog it. The sink also wasn't draining properly. The bathtub had hairs left in it and there was a strange smell. The bedding had stains on it too. When we opened the curtains there was trash and tacks on the windowsill. It was a bit disappointing as we usually visit Wenatchee every year and this was our first at this hotel.
