We loved the Northern Italian restaurant that we could walk to across the street. Nice location.

The foyer and common area of the hotel are nice, including the stairwell….I like to take the stairs and get some exercise when possible and this one was one of the best I’ve seen. The Manager’s Reception is a wonderful touch and breakfast is good.

Our toilet was leaking so we had to put a towel around the base.

Clean hotel, terrible pool.

Our room was clean and spacious. We liked that the shower and toilet were separate. The pullout bed was handy for our family. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t notice much road noise from our bottom floor room that was facing the main road. Easy 25-30 min drive to Leavenworth.

Do NOT book if you’re wanting a place to swim. Very disappointed in the pool, we booked this hotel so our kids could swim and they got a total of 10 min in our 2 night stay because the chlorine in the pool is so overpowering and toxic. You can smell the chlorine all through the lobby and hall on the bottom floor but as soon as you walk into the pool room the chlorine is SO overpowering. I didn’t even get in the pool and my eyes were irritated just from being in the room the short time that my kids swam. My husband and kids couldn’t stop coughing. Not healthy.

Not happy about them losing my reservation for a night while I freaked not knowing what to do

The breakfast was fine there was a lot of people so you stood in line if you wanted waffles but it was good

When I arrived the young man at front end had registered me into my daughter's room as well because we had the same last name I'm assuming, when I went to fix the mistake he couldn't find my reservation for the next night he also charged me for my daughter's room keys. I spent most my evening trying to make sure they had my reservation as he said there wasn't one. It wasn't until morning when my son in law and daughter spoke with them and got it fixed so I finally could relax 😌 I spent the first night freaking out because everyone was booked and I thought I wouldn't have a place to sleep.... I wasn't apologized to or given any discount or anything so that kinda makes me feel like they didn't care about how I was feeling during the first evening.. Not very happy about it!!

Basic, but for the price per night seemed much for such.

cleanliness of hotel. Staff were nice.

Shower stall door not sealed properly water got all over the floor had to use a clean as a safety mat. Air conditioning too noisy to sleep with on, yet had to suck it up, other wise room was too hot.

It was nice

I loved the size of the room. I also loved the pull out couch that was great for the kids. It was a beautiful room all around. And the hotel was very accommodating keeping us all together.

My shower was broken and my coffee maker was dirty. I was also told dogs were not allowed at this hotel. So I boarded my dog before I came. Just to find out dogs are allowed. Their were dogs everywhere and my pull out couch had dog hair on it.

Surprisingly super staff and stuff.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. The laundry room was super clean and provided plenty of folding space.

Friendly and clean facility with large rooms

The staff was so friendly! They went out of their way to accommodate my family. We also appreciated this facility having a larger room for our family of 6.

The pool was cold! We could barely stand being in the pool room because our eyes and lungs were burning from too much chlorine. That was a bummer for the kids! The beds weren’t the most comfortable either, but there have been worse!

Comfy beds!!!! Quiet and clean. Highly recommend.

Room was quiet, clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable which is really the most important thing for me. I got a good night's sleep! There was a great Italian restaurant across the street, highly recommended.

Breakfast was nothing special. Other than that, I was very pleased with my entire experience. Would stay here again. Nothing to add.

My son said it was one of his favorite hotels he stayed at.

The people at the front desk were really nice and friendly. Personal. I wish I could remember their names. And my interactions with other staff were very positive and pleasant as well.

I really can't think of anything I didn't like. It was a really good time.
