Zimmer ging, der Rest ließ zu wünschen übrig!!!

Wir hatten 2 Nächte inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Beide Male war das Frühstück eine Katastrophe. Frühstückszeiten waren von 6-9 Uhr. Für alle, die nach uns dort sind- bitte geht nicht erst 8:30 Uhr zum Frühstück. Wir hatten am ersten Frühstückstag „ Glück“ und haben noch einen Bagel für 2 Personen ergattert. Butter, Frischkäse - alles sehr dürftig. Aufgefüllt wurde nicht! Frühstück Tag 2- diesmal war Toast und Bagels vorhanden. Aber eben nur das! Kaffee war aus, Saft war nur Wasser. Nachdem wir wegen Kaffee nachgefragt hatten, wurde die Kanne aufgefüllt. War am Ende nur dünner Kaffee, falls man das überhaupt Kaffee nennen konnte. Ach ja, die Angestellte von der Anmeldung war selbst zu sehr damit beschäftigt, das Waffeleisen für sich zu nutzen. Sozusagen ihr Frühstück- denn danach fiel der Behälter mit dem Teig aus irgendeinem Grund um, und die ganze Brühe war auf dem Boden. Wurde notdürftig mit Handtüchern abgedeckt. Also gab es für alle anderen Gäste auch keine Waffeln mehr. Die Angestellte schien das nicht zu stören, sie aß in aller Ruhe am Tresen. Nicht zu vergessen, am Anreisetag- wir checkten gegen 18 Uhr ein und wollten in unser Zimmer- was soll ich sagen, das Zimmer wurde gerade erst gereinigt 😳. Angeblich sollten wir für die Unannehmlichkeiten einen Gegenwert erstattet bekommen- auf unserer Rechnung beim Check out war davon nicht zu sehen. Wir sollten im Laufe des Tages benachrichtigt werden, was natürlich auch nicht passiert ist. Das „Super“ bei Super 8 sollte definitiv weggelassen werden. Nie wieder diese Motelkette!!!

Room had no safety lock and no TV or internet service working the curtains did not close jointly I could see outside to the parking lot. The door you could see the hallway from under the door. I dont recommend anyone staying there family or friends etc...!!! Manager on duty would not talk to me at all!!!!

nothing bathtubs did not get clean heaters did not work and room and our card was overcharged. TVs did not work in to the rooms they tried to put us in.

A bath mat so tub is not slippery and possibly a bar in the shower tho not handicapped had a knee sprain and could have used the assurance of getting in and out of the tub

Building is in need of general basic repairs. There were holes in the bathroom where there should've been a towel rack and appeared to have mold or something around the tub/shower.

Very little. It was better than sleeping in the truck.

Where do I start. The hall looked like a Russian prison. The heater was nearly uncontrollable. There was no hot water in the sink. I had to move the plug on the refrigerator to plug in the coffee maker, come to find out that plug didn't work so I lost all my food. I won't be coming back!

Breakfast was almost non existant. In middle or room reno so tap barely turned on & tub wasnt draing properly, fan extremely loud. We could hear everytime neighbors used the taps. Found this expensive for the rating.

Horrible. I have stayed in a few Super 8 motels before; they are predictable, clean, no frills.

Well, the staff tried to be helpful...I liked that this dump was in Taos and that we could walk to a good restaurant.

Everything. The place was awful. Dirty, dingy, noisy, felt unsafe, nothing worked. Pictures on this motel's website were misleading.

The staff was pleasant. The location is not far from the shopping district in Taos.

The Super 8 by Windham Taos was a huge disappointment. We did not feel safe in this hotel. The first room we were assigned had no functioning smoke detector, only bare wires hanging from the ceiling. There were holes in the walls, as well as in the floor. In the second room we moved to, at our request, the wiring in the walls was audibly "humming" and we detected a strong odor of something burning. We summoned the desk staff and they also detected the burning smell, and we moved to a third room. Like the other rooms, it needed a thorough cleaning. We have stayed at a number of Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in many different states, with very good experiences. This hotel did not reflect the quality present in other Super 8 Wyndham hotels. I would recommend an inspection of this Taos facility by Wyndham Hotels

This is by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. There was blood on the top spread (sheet) when called to front desk's attention I was told they were clean, just a stain that wouldn't come out. The bottom fitted sheet was turned inside out and didn't even fit the bed. When examining it, it appeared that it was turned over and had been previously used. The response by the front desk was housekeeping is not supposed to do that. There was no set top box (receiver) so we had no television. We were told that we should have been told that by Booking.com and they alone could provide a refund. Breakfast consisted of bread, coffee and dry cereal. No juice, muffins, etc. Horrible. I expect some compensation for what I was charged.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They tried very hard to make up for what the place lacked.

Microwave and ice machine broken, carpet filthy, bathroom sink no hot water TV had to be unplugged to shut off, way to charge cell phone, shall I continue?
