Good

Bed was comfortable. Air condioner kept cool.

No continental breakfast. Just coffee. Shower head was low stream. Coffee pod lefy in coffee pod. Used washcloth on shower curtain rod. Loose floor board.

The only thing I can say about this property was it had very nice & friendly front desk staff.

The property was dirty outside and inside. Bedsheets didn't fit right, floors were dirty, towels were thread bare, everything felt unclean. Our biggest complaint was the other guests...yelling up & down the hallway, banging stuff (ice maker?), kids crying and throwing tantrums. We realize staff can't control guest behavior...but they can control the cleanliness of the property and that's where they failed. We won't stay there again.

The entire place felt dirty. In dire need of a refresh. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying until something is done to enhance the place.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly without of their way to make you feel comfortable Spencer but

The toilets too low at the tub is too deep. I have hip problems to try to climb into the tub to take a shower with a little bit. Painful of the toilet is very very low

Rooms are a fire hazard major appliances all plugged into surge protector. The floor was spongy on second floor.

The room served its purpose.

The manager was very friendly.

The first floor hall was on the dim side and the ceiling needs leveled out and ceiling tiles replaced. Also, have exterior card readers that are functioning.

No breakfast!!

An adult toilet, coke/water vending machine was broke. Mold in the tub.

The shower was great

There was no continental breakfast as advertised. A sack breakfast that was lacking was provided The sign for the location was not lit nor was the entrance. It was extremely difficult to find the way into the facility

Very unsatisfactory!!

TERRIBLE!! NO Breakfast. Customers were given a small sack containing a small peach fruit cup, a small apple juice, & a small, thin Quaker chewy bar. The price was WAYY-YY-YY too high for the quality of the room. I did not get a AAA discount shown on my bill. The TV remote did not function properly; the evening clerk was nice, & she gave an additional remote control that I had to use along with the 1st remote control.

Everything could have been better! The morning clerk said the computer system would not allow the AAA discount. She didn't even TRY!! She was NOT helpful.
