First 2 nights were ok last night people above me stomping till 2 am and banging outside my door in hall someone kept knocking on my door and screaming in hall . i didn’t get to sleep to 3 am and had to be on road at 7 am Someone dropped food on floor in hall . I felt unsafe and scared when they were outside my room

Not happy!

The location (hotel) was across the street from an event I attended.

The rear door past the pool stayed ajar There were no blankets on the bed, or available The floor had not been swept The tub (where water goes down) was dirty Extremely loud children running amuck Extremely loud housekeeping staff Unnecessary items in the hallway: cords, big white cart full of stuff, ironing board. There was lawn equipment (blowers) in the middle of the hallway. Due to “Text checkout,” put your key cards in a basket and leave, no one to complain to.

The location was close to where we needed to be.

The room didn’t have plugs that worked. The furniture is very outdated. Door was missing security lock.

It was fabulous until the cleaners came and hour before checkout banging on the door to clean.

The room was very comfortable and the price was fabulous. The only thing I was very unhappy about was it said check out was at 11 and the cleaning staff was banging on the door at 10 wanting to know if I was ready to leave so they could clean!

There were cockroaches. Yes, multiple ones in the bathroom. They moved us to another room on the other floor, but that rooms sink was leaking on to towel rack underneath. Moved us again we stayed in that room where the floors were dirty. We were promised a discount for in convinces but never received it.

Friendly,accommodating staff made this an excellent stay . Kudos to staff person who checked us in.

Bathroom needs a bench to be more compatible for guests with disabilities -had difficulty with bathtub; bathroom floor was slippery throughout the stay; top ceiling wall over the bathtub looks like beginning of mold problem. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, accommodated our needs,especially front desk; checkin/check out was smooth; maintenance person was very helpful.

Though the location was great and the first impression I received from the front desk help was fine, overall the lack of

I liked the location and the first front desk associate I encountered was very helpful

I didn’t like how dank and moist my room was. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We were out in a room with a double burner and it didn’t even work so it was pointless.

That after all the issues to a handicap room, the manager gave us $25. Off.

Carpets dirty. Too many pieces of furniture for a handicap person to move around. The place where the refrigerator goes was separate in the refrigerator was out in the hole there was just too much there The chair to the desk was broke My husband almost fell backwards. The handicap shower handle that helps bring the spray down towards you broke off in my in his hand. There was two light bulbs that were not working in the bathroom so you couldn't hardly put on makeup or shave.

Upon checkin we requested that we use two different credit cards, as we were traveling together and sharing costs. Both credit cards were given, but only mine was charged the full amount. It was unable to be reversed. Room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion would be a grab bar in shower area. Perhaps this will be done as the hotel in undergoing renovations, and
