Our King room (#101) was incredibly comfortable & well-appointed. It had a seating area & foldout couch, the king bed was like a cloud & the air conditioner cranked on our hot weekend. Fab location to Pearl Street & food/shopping. The jacuzzi & game room were welcome bonuses. But most of all, the staff John & Connor were super helpful & owner Shannon, was terrific. Will definitely stay again - hoping my son will go to UC Boulder.
N/A - really cannot find anything negative to complain about.

Decent price for location. Bar and fire pit area is nice.
It’s basically an upgraded motel. No elevators to get up to the second floor. Paint work and details or only mediocre.

I loved that it was within walking distance to so many things. The room was clean, staff was friendly and it was affordable for Boulder .

We liked how convenient the property was to everything we had planned in Boulder. It was even within walking distance of some things on Pearl St. The bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the s'more kit and the fire pits.
We had some problems with the TV that took a while, but we were able to resolve without assistance. Additionally, we could hear the steps of the people above us VERY clearly. The seemed to wake up around 6 AM and stomp around for the better part of an hour, which was not really great for my rest. My partner slept though it. If you're a light sleeper, the sound insulation may be worse than average at this property.

was a fun place to rest head. cool vibe. loved the fire pits
I expected it to be closer to main attractions/restaurants so we didn’t have to drive, but wasn’t. the room had a cool vibe but the bathroom was tiny and the Beadboard on wall was warping, ceiling vent/heater didn’t work, as well as the “light flush” on the toilet. additionally, the wall near sink was clearly water damaged and looked terrible with drywall and paint peeling. disappointed that main common room wasn’t open earlier than 8 am.

Love the location!! and the place has the friendliest vibe! Their bar is open till 10pm and the guests mingle around the fire pits and chat and make s’mores. What bliss! The common parts are brilliant: a huge room w an enormous flat screen, Ping Pong table and rock climbing wall; a smaller room for yoga with a peloton bike too (I was too busy gallivanting/hiking to use much apart from the bar and the fire pit in the evening). I’ll definitely stay again on my next trip to Boulder.

Staff super nice and has some really cute qualities
It needs a little love…. The paint is chipping off the walls, mold in the bathroom, wood is removed from walls.
Rundown… a few minor upgrades would make
Such a difference in the rooms

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are updated nicely with entertaining artwork
Bathroom door didn’t close properly in room 218 and although they say they’re environmentally friendly - the soap was shipped in from Malaysia which can’t be better than sourcing locally?

Great location. You can walk to restaurants easily. Lovely staff, great vibe.
WIFI didn't extend to our room.

Great cookies. Nice common area with games, fire pit, etc.

Parking was very close to the room.
Website photos are very misleading. This is not any kind of outdoorsy luxury compound; it’s an old Quality Inn motel that’s been very poorly renovated—bathroom fixtures were literally falling off the walls; toilet had been moved 2 inches off its proper placement and caulking was hanging loose; shower head was at chest level; window treatments were installed crooked; DirecTV video signal was in the wrong aspect ratio and couldn’t be changed, so TV showed only 60% of the image; etc. etc. As for service, the lobby bathroom was not stocked with paper products even 12 hours after we notified the desk staff; and morning coffee was not available at the lobby café because they were out of espresso beans.
