Would not go back unless in a pinch.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Homeless man greeted us in the parking lot. Elevator was out. Doors did not close fully unless tugged on. No juice in dispenser and no replacement available. Coffee was like water. Tub and grout in bathroom in need of repair.

it was ok, lot's of people so it must of been very popular

The last three times I stayed at this facility it was great however things have changed, the room was not as clean, the linens on the bed were dirty and the refrig had not been cleaned

Everything, the pool was clean and kids had an amazing time. Free breakfast had options and was very tasty. Room was clean and comfortable

The first room was full of ants in the window. They changed our room. On the third day. And the room they gave my, whit the whole bathroom destroyed I wish could upload the photo so they could see it. And the second room had doble bed. When do we pay for a king bed.

The location and reservation availability.

There were no blackout curtains and the light from a nearby street lamp flooded the room which hindered sleep. The guest in the room above mine was pacing vigorously between 11:00 and 12:00pm. While my issue is with the other guest, I was surprised that I could hear that pacing.

Disappointing for the price

The breakfast was nice. Employees were personable.

We booked online and requested a king sized bed. When we arrived, I have a service dog and was told that they put all "pets" on the first 2 floors, so because the room they reserved for us was on an upper floor, they switched us to a room on the second floor, next to the elevator, which was a double queen, and they claimed it was an upgrade. The people above us were incredibly noisy, and our bed was horrible. Neither my husband or I could get much sleep at all. The toilet ran continuously, and screeched like a cat with its tail in a door while filling! The ac/heat unit ran constantly, and there didn't seem to be much control over the temperature. Only one side had a washable filter, which was so dilapidated that the mesh had disintegrated. Lighting was dim. The other side was missing the filter completely. The entire hotel is in dire need of updating.

The night audit was great ! She greeted us right away she was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pillows were so comfy !! The morning after we went down stairs to get breakfast and the lady who did the breakfast was amazing, she greeted us with a smile and made us waffles after asking if we wanted any. She was so sweet and put a smile on everyones face.

Only real thing i wasnt thrilled about was the burn marks in the bed sheets.

I am still happy with comfort suites and will be staying again in harrisburg in December

Everything was clean and the staff was extremely polite. We love how big the rooms are. Lots of storage and love the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave.

The bed was very bouncy...felt every move while sleeping. The room was stuffy and the air didn't stay on. The shower faucet leaked water when trying to shower.
