Nothing
Everything, sink slow running toilet had black rings in it. Location sketchy. Front desk wanted to charge for my ADA service dog.

I really did not like my stay.
It was filthy, I had to clean/disinfect the floor in my room so my infant could crawl around the room. The shower floor mat was wet when I went to go put it down for first use. The pool was also dirty and didn’t look like it received regular cleaning. Trash was overflowing at breakfast and no one came to change it. Staff smokes out front, not attractive to guests. The room was outrageously over-priced for what we got. Disputing charges.

Staff was overall friendly. Only one person acted indifferent to the customers. Not rude or unfriendly just not much of friendly person. Location was great except for the construction but that’s not the hotels fault
Shower was a lil dated. Low water pressure. Breakfast could’ve had more variety and on my last day the gravy was not good. It was like water.

The staff was courteous and pleasant. The room was adequate.. the shower and toilet need to be repaired or at least need attention
Still very confused how the hotel could be listed on Bookin.com and not be accepted. Had a confirmation number and pin so unfortunately i had to pay twice for the room and hoping to receive a refund

No fitness room
Elevator not working-should have been forewarned since I use a cane due to polio.

Reasonable rate for a clean decent room needed for a getting sleep when traveling.
If I were staying for more than a night, i would upgrade to a nicer hotel with a better bed, bath, and newer room. It smelled like the room had been smoked in a one time. The smell doesn't come out unless everything in the room is clean and new; including the paint.

Breakfast ok. The manager went out of her way to make sure everything was good. Our room curtains didn't provide privacy. She attended to it immediately. Steve, her maintenance man was very professional. He did an excellent job correcting the curtains. Thanks, Steve. Excellent staff.
Taken care of, see above.Pl

Good selection
Our room never was cleaned. We were there for 4 nights.

The hotel clerk was awesome!! She greeted us and made us feel welcomed. She answered any questions we had. Room service was gracious and helpful.
The phone on the room did not work. The 1st floor room smelled like cigarette smoke. The elevator did not work.

elevator was not working. due to age and recent surgeries, we really struggled getting luggage to/from room. No one to help. elevator was broken “for a long time” according to person at front desk. booking.com should have told us this!! rooms (we had two) were dirty. a used pillowcase was laying on coach of one room when we entered. bathrooms were worn and dirty. No plug in bathtub but would not have considered stepping on it even to shower. stool was dirty in one room. breakfast was terrible - just trashy.

Elevator out. Had to lug baggage to third floor. Obviously not appropriate for my elderly mother. A teen softball team was staying there and were running screaming down the hallways until 230AM. Awful stay.
Elevator out and disruptive guests

location
bathroom wasn’t clean, only had one towel. Had to ask for more. no Kleenex some of the plug ins didn’t work. no coffee maker in room but was described as having a coffee maker. elevator was out of order

No soap, shampoo in room
Debris on window sill, dirt on floor, things hanging from the wall but the desk clerk was friendly and tried to help all he could, the best part of the stay by far was him

Location and room was great
Breakfast was just hotel normal

We didn't need it or swim but I thought it was nice that the pool had a chair lift that a family could use if needed for the pool. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I have back issues.
The elevator was still not working but we did ask for a 1st floor room and there was on a ailable. Bathroom had a towel bar down on counter and shower curtain was ripped at top but it was still usable.

I appreciate the hotel let us park our car early for the Iowa-Nebraska football game to avoid parking closer to the stadium. The elevator was broke when we arrived, but it was repaired the next day. I would stay again.
Nothing.

The service was great, the room was well put together and it was an overall good experience. The breakfast was also better than expected.
My main and really only complaint is the tv. It was difficult to use and the one channel we wanted to watch was in spanish for some reason. We brought a playstation to watch netflix but we couldn’t due to the wifi not having a password. Also unfortunate the elevator was out, but we’re two young adults without anything hindering, so it was ok.

The bathtub had no stopper so I couldn’t take a bath.
The tv system required the use of my iPhone - very complicated & unusual.

they accepted us late at night.
a king ste with the elevator in the bathroom area was a surprise

The breakfast selection was mediocre. The location wasn’t great. it was behind a gas station, near 2 hotels and there was a construction lot behind it.
