Overall for the money i can't beat the place

There is no breakfast

Well there were roaches in my room I hate roaches

One of the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional.

Very bad. Shower then by the time you walk to bed the bottom of your feet are black

The location was good. But the roaches was bad. The heavy set girl that works second shift was very rude. Told her the cleaning lady forgot to bring towels and wash clothes by. So I asked the second shift lady at front desk and she smarted off and said she does not just hand out cleaning stuff. But she had time to smoke a blunt with friends. I hate the smell of pot.

The roaches. Second shift lady smoking pot out front by the laundry with her friends in a gray car. Most likely will not stay there again.

Superb

Great for the price, we live close but knew we would be drinking at a special event and did not want to drive. Would stay here again for an event at Rupp Arena since it's fairly easy to get an Uber as well

This place is so nasty I had two rooms the sheets were dirty the floors where not mop the toilet didn't work ask for a refund and they told me to get off there property or they were calling the police DONT EVER STAY THERE IT NASTY

room was absolutely disgusting. There was cheese on the floor,they left old milk in the refrigerator. The blankets had burn holes in the sheets.

Way overpriced and Not even a little satisfied with what I paid for versus what I received.

I didnt like the price gouging for the Breeders Cup in Lexington Ky, $150 per night for a dirty room, loud neighbors, air and heating unit not in working order, and lots of noise and people bothering me when i needed rest. Out of Curiosity, not wanting to relocate, a 3rd night went up to $180 so I packed my stuff and checked out at 7am before work. Bad Experience all way around.

Never been so scared in a hotel room in my life!! Moved table in front of the door. No sleep

Location of the hotel was good. Close to the freeway

Lack of security measures. Key to our room was given to another guest who was able to walk right into our room. No security latch on the door. Desk attendant at night did not seem to care. Did not apologize or offer any options (new key or change rooms). Non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in, even the sheets and bedspread smelled like cigarettes. Desk attendant in the morning apologized for the problems (security or smoky smell), but did not offer any concessions.

Unsettling, stressful

my room was clean

The key that gave me did not open my door. To make matters worse the gentleman who came in after me came in and said that the key they gave him it was the wrong one and then I open up the room to a bunch of people living in it. A different couple got there and walked in and roaches scattered underneath the bed. Then they were giving another room and then that room had other people in it as well.
