Nice place

The cleanliness and breakfast was great. Didn't have any issues to have to deal with staff but they seemed very nice. We felt our money was spent wisely and we had a good time. That's what it's all about right?

We were on the second floor but no big deal.

Not Comfort Inn standard’s!

Breakfast was great!

Beds were lumpy and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning in the corners and the shower head had mold on it. Bathtub very slippery. The entire hotel felt damp and we even moved from a room the 1st morning at 5:30am because it smelled, bathroom door smacked your knees on the toilet because it wasn’t opening all the way. Air conditioning in the 1st room was terrible.

Best choice to stay

The cleanliness and upgrade to a suite was just what we needed after such a long drive. It was very quiet and comfortable. The welcoming letter and kindness were a surprise. We will be looking for Choice accommodations from now on. Thank you so much for such a great stay.

That we didn't stay longer. There was nothing not to like.

Convenient and quiet location with great staff and a quick breakfast available

Convenient location on/off the Interstate but also not right next to the highway. Quiet enough location. Staff were friendly and pleasant. The rooms and facility were clean.

For the price it's hard to find a negative, but I thought the breakfast was just standard - - but is similar to every other hotel at this price point and rating. The breakfast was adequate.

Family reunion stay. Beds were comfortable. Kids played in the pool.

Breakfast was okay. They had make your own waffles, brown and serve sausages and eggs along with yogurt, cereal, muffins, toast bagels etc. The only fruit were apples and oranges, both were subpar.

I'll be back again! Enjoyed the proximity to family.

Breakfast great. Room very nice. Very good experience overall. Would recommend it to friends and family. Didn't yse the pool, but it was quite nice! I will be back next year!

The carpets looked and felt worn out. Didn't walk barefoot on it. I was in room 119. I'm 5'10", and I had to duck under the shower head to wash my hair. Should be placed higher on the wall to accomodate taller people. The tub didn't drain right away. I was standing in water as I showered. Afraid I might slip and fall.

Convenient location. The breakfast was typical. Nothing special.

Would stay again.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bkfst great. Easy check-in & check-out. Great location.

Chlorine smell from pool was crazy strong. I don't know how anyone swam. You could smell the pool from the parking lot.

Pool work good for kids....

If we were not traveling with our kids it would of been bad because the lobby was a very big mess from kid birthday parties. No cleaning staff after 4 .

Ok for an emergency stay but would recommend otherwise

- the bed was really comfortable - decent free breakfast

- the carpet was really stained and look dirty, the kitchenette had 1 fork as silverware - there was a birthday party at the Pool and the “rules” were not applied, people where eating in the pool deck and kids jumping and screaming not leaving room for the ones actually staying at the hotel

it was good. could have been better

I didn’t like how rude the maintenance guy was. kids will be kids and they ran from the room to down the hall to there mom. the maintenance guy said to tell my kids not to run in the halls. there wasn’t anyone around, they are 4 and 5 years old, so their foot steps are not loud.

Great Place to stay.

We had previously stayed in a Comfort Inn in Bluffton, Ohio which was terrible. This Comfort Inn is what i expected. Very nice and the USB ports were a huge plus. Beds super comfy. They lady at the desk was super happy and had an amazing customer service attitude.
