Quiet

Love the cleanliness of the hotel, they have the nicest sweetest desk clerk. Hotel was quiet even tho in a busy area.

Pillows were too soft. Kept sliding between the gaps between the bed and the wall

This would be fine for $59- $90 too much for the problems

Comfortable bed. Tub very clean and useable

Thermostat broken. Room key never worked. Heater in bathroom didn’t work . Four pillows per bed - all hard

Very old facility. Rooms were clean, air con was bad and outdated. Staff was friendly, but there was not any place to buy extras like chips, soda, water etc.

Great!!

The location was perfect for where we were going, the bed was comfortable and loved the pillows, the staff was so friendly and it was overall a great experience

We booked it for the purpose of having a pool to swim during the day and the pool was cloudy and closed we couldn’t even lay out beside it and there was no sign that said it was closed sadly

Disgustingly hazzardess

The breakfast, location, & staff were good.

The room smelled very strong of mold & mildew. So much that it gave me a headache. The room we were in was right next to the stairwell where there was mold growing all over the wall which was adjacent to the wall in our room. Condensation was leaking under said wall into our room where it was causing baseboard to disconnect from the wall. There was black mold growing behind it. The phone in the room was not in working order. No rooms were available to switch. Canceled our stay for 2nd night & had to pay quite a bit more for a decent room elsewhere. Will not go to this Comfort Inn ever again.

The young man at the front desk at 4:30 am was very nice

It had a bad smell and they put me in a room that had an adjoining room door. I hate those types of rooms.

The only issue was the shower was broken and I told the front desk when checking out they said they would have someone look at..

Not as clean as expected

Breakfast was good. Location was easy on/off highway

We booked this hotel because the cleanliness was rated well. However, we had to change rooms because of the bad smell in the bathroom. The reception kindly moved us to another room. But even that one was not as clean as I expected. There were spots/stains on the doors of what seemed to be food. Not a pleasant thought. I attribute this to the quick turn around. The check out time is at noon and the check in time is at 2pm. That does not give housekeeping a chance to clean well.

We Love Staying at This Hotel. We are made to feel like family. And always receive a very warm welco

The Breakfast was excellent and was prepared very well and served in a very timely manner

Good hotel safe and clean well placed easy to locate and handy for local shops and eateries . Comfortable beds no issues all seemed in working order .

the staff addressed my concerns and i appreciated that

breakfast was very good

the entry key card reader on the door didn't work , it was malfunctioning during the operation of inserting and removing the card. I was removing it to fast, also the water control handle in the shower was not shutting off . I informed the receptionist so it could be fixed

The room was old and smell like mold. Both of the phones didn't work. The heat in the room didn't work and it took forever for the toilet to flush

Shower head broken from the wall holder and laying in the shower floor. Toilet constantly ran when flushed.... Hole in the wall by the window.....
