Not worth the money

The room and bathroom was very clean. No bed bugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was Musty and the Tv was not working properly. The walls need new paint and the carport needs cleaning. It’s not worth 121.00 per night.

Price seemed right until we stayed there! It did NOT live up to QUALITY.

The AC was cold, the bed and shower were pretty good. The girl at the front desk was apologetic we did not get a non-smoking room but it seemed that was booking.com's fault.

Booking.com showed non-smoking. There were no non-smoking rooms so we had to stay in a smoking room. The carpets were EXTREMELY worn and dirty looking. They do have carpet they are putting in. The bathroom had a toilet ring (small round) that did not exactly fit the oblong size. The tile had been chipped off, the bathroom vanity coming away from the wall, and the sink had a crack. Our room had a loveseat tucked in the middle, which could have been nice but had no lighting. A lamp would have helped.

It could have been better. Especially for $185 for 3 nights. Should’ve gotten an refund

The property was cleaned outside. But it could use some upgrades

The microwave and refrigerator was dirty and the windows had moisture issues and the room had roaches

Will not stay here again

We had no running hot water in our bathroom sink. Air conditioner did not work. A lot of door slamming from 4 am till 9 am. We also heard a lot of foot steps over head

We needed a safe place to sleep and we did get breakfast.

We had a safe place to sleep on our way to get home.

Roaches/ smoke coming through the vents and the smell in the room/ run down room/ many breakfast items not replaced

Location was convenient...friendly staff.

The bed was dirty. Literally had dirt in it like some one had been in it. Had mildew on the bed skirt and Ramen seasoning packet and mildew under mattress. (I always check for bed bugs when I first walk into a hotel room so that's how I found it.) Pulled out the bed in couch and there were cigarette butts all up under it like an ashtray had been knocked over and never cleaned.

I would not recommend this hotel and I believe the booking.com rating is very wrong

This property is disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, greasy dark hand prints on the shower walls, toothpaste in the sink and on the counter, water stains on the ceiling over the beds, top blanket and bed skirts had stains and goo on them!

Keep on going

Comfortable bed. Hot water. TV. Friendly staff. Location. Juice, fruit, and bagels.

Moved to another room. Cigarette smoke came through the bathroom vents on both the first and second floor. No bathroom exhaust therefore high humidity. Black Mold in room 104's bathroom. I cleaned up half of it. My wife and I got bit several times by some type of bug(s). Bathrooms need repairs when it comes to stoppers and corner tile work. No cheaper to go through the Booking.com than the hotel. Previously used conditioner was offered as a guest gift. Other items had no safety seal so I don't know if they were new or not. Breakfast was okay except for the processed flat fried eggs. The waffle iron needed seasoning. Waffles stuck to the iron and had to be discarded. Not like another Quality Inn I have stayed in.

NOTHING!!!!

The rooms was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom over the light, the wall was half done. The hallway smelled like smoke.

my inside stay was terrible my next door guest had me and my kids up all night with loud noise up to 2 in the morning I kept complaining down stairs to staff and nothing was done about it we was restless couldn’t sleep

Housekeeping was amazing. They checked in on us every single day. We were able to discard trash, and we always had fresh clean towels.

The breakfast wasn't very good.

We were there for soccer tournaments. It provided everything we needed for our weekend.

We looked at the breakfast but didn’t eat anything. Others were eating. We just didn’t see anything we wanted.

The room needs some cosmetic work and the carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced.

it was something

the place has very good location

The room was clean except for the mole on the ceiling in the bathroom. I took pictures. the evening check in person was rude. they had no coffee made when I went in @ 7am. the mile is my biggest worry, because I didn’t see it till the morning. on a good note the bed was comfortable the room temp was great. this is the first comfort Inn I was disappointed in.
