They allowed my pet bird to stay for only a deposit of $25. The front desk receptionist, and I’m sad I didn’t catch her name, was immensely pleasant and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. We had an amazing time resting after a 10 hour drive. So far I’ve stayed at two different La Quinta Hotels and I am very pleased.
Also the breakfast was amazing and their coffee was exactly what I needed in the morning. Amazing hospitality. Thank you!

Location was great and safe to walk to a restaurant nearby

Location and staff.
2.5 / 5.0
The staff member who checked me in was lovely. She had a very interesting name but it is escaping me right now. All of the staff were polite and considerate.
The rooms looked and felt very dated. The headboard had wear/damage. The pillows smelled like humans - there were no allergen covers on the pillows so they were full of all of the previous occupants' skin cells and dust mites.
The mattress was comfortable but again the sheet/linens were thin.
There is a dripping residue all of the walls - see pictures.

Room was comfortable
Bathroom had not been cleaned. Spouse refused to use the shower because the shower floor was grimy.
Breakfast was ok, but ran out of coffee, no toaster in sight, no butter.
3.5 / 5.0
The staff is always wonderful, even though it seems like there's someone new every time. You just get the right people at the front desk.
The rooms really need attention. The furniture especially. Not only in poor shape, but stained. We love animals, but don't travel anymore with them, but I believe it's probably from going outside then coming in. Just really needs some cleaning and better yet - replacement.
For the last 2 or more stays, all of the bathrooms need work. Light fixtures broken; door knobs broken and don't lock; and mold in showers. The mold is in the grout, so it's not the daily cleaning kind. The bed is always comfortable, but the pillows are pretty flat and bad. Luckily I travel with my own pillow.

Puppy friendly. Clean room. Great shower
Unfortunately their elevator broke so being on the second floor was a lot of up and down with everything

Location and pet friendly
The sofa sleeper had stains all over the mattress. Why don’t you just keep a waterproof mattress pad on it to protect it? We didn’t have sheets, blankets, or a pillow for the pull out couch. Furniture is stained and gross. Needs updating! The bathroom didn’t have any body wash in the shower. We didn’t realize it until we were taking a shower. We had one bar soap for the sink that we ended up using to shower. There isn’t a fan in the bathroom either. There wasn’t any body lotion to be found. The breakfast bar was out of everything. We had to ask for a lot of things. I probably won’t ever stay here again. The only good thing is it’s pet friendly. The staff was friendly also.

All of the staff was friendly.
The only issue was the door to our room was extremely difficult to close. We had to slam it shut. I felt bad for our neighbors. (It was room 221)

Loved the high ceilings in the room, breakfast was great as well, also had a pool that opened from 6-11. Having kids and a dog with us this was the perfect hotel.
Can’t think of a thing

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
My only complaint was that the housekeeping staff apparently did not understand the purpose of the do not disturb sign. When we came back to our room after breakfast, they had opened the door to our room, and the sign had fallen off the knob onto the floor. When I brought it up to the front desk clerk, she said that this should not have happened. We stayed at this same hotel a week prior, and the same thing had happened, so this is not a one-time thing.

Room was a little small

The shower dripped and the shower head was spraying pretty hard water for a handicapped shower. I recently had surgery and it was really important I used the handle bars to get in due to water pressure and slippery conditions.

Location was okay.
Room had clothes left it in from the people who stayed before us. Trash left in the rooms from previous people as well. Employees were fighting in front lobby about tasks needing to be done. Iron fell off of wall and scared us to death in the middle of the night.
