Nice but bedsheets not clean!

Staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. For the most part, the hotel was clean.. Breakfast was the usual that you should expect.

unfortunately, after a very long drive, 7 hours and just wanting to sleep...when in the room, I peeled back the comforter/sheets on the bed only to reveal blood stains on the sheet that you're supposed to lay on. The room may have been given slight dusting but definitely was not clean nor hygienic. Fresh blood stains is unsanitary. The man at the front desk did provide me with sheets so I could change the sheets myself. Shame if it wasn't for this, I would have rated higher.

Have stayed in many Home 2 Suites, this one was disappointing

Breakfast

Room had a lot of cobwebs along all ceiling edges. Shower was very stained, poor caulking making it appear dirty. Had very long wait (hours) before able to check in. Very low staffing.

The power went out across Wayne county so we had to check out early. We were not offered a partial refund or any kind of credit. I understand the power outage was not the hotel’s fault but you would think as much money as hotels make they would have a backup generator. Very disappointing especially over Christmas. I called booking.com regarding my stay, have not heard back.

The staff was very helpful

A lot of things in my room didn't work.. My door didn't lock, anyone could push my door open.. We didn't have a phone, the remote didn't work, the water in the sink ran slow. I think it was just the room we were in.

Picked location based on reviews. Disapponted.

Staff was friendly.

There appeared to be people living in vehicles behind the building. Also, breakfast bar was not well stocked. Waffle mix was so thick it would not come out of dispenser and cereal had small black stuff floating in the milk.

Soft bed Room smelled fresh. I had an issue with my first room and the staff corrected that right away

My first room had roaches. My second room had a broken faucet in the sink. It was hard for me to, I was afraid something would crawl on me.
