Would not want to stay here again.

The location was okay.

Not well kept. Needs updated. Not that clean.

Slept on top of the blankets because I was worried about bed bugs.

McDonald's was close. Too dirty to eat at hotel.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Looked dirty. Was not impressed. We stayed at several Choice Hotels on our trip and this one was definitely the worst.

Not enough sleep, the tv didn’t work, nor the internet

Location was great

I was given a room downstairs where all the pets were and some women staying across the hall from each other were hanging out and talking loudly in the hallway. One of the women had a couple of happy dogs that barked when she was outside her door. The barking went on for over 15 minutes and woke me up. I asked her if she could put her animals in the car

A clean, comfortable and welcoming haven in a snow storm. Great value for the price, too!

We arrived at the hotel 10 mins after booking it online through Booking.com; Jimmy, the front desk person, already had it printed out with the room keys attached. Jimmy also helped a person stuck in the snow in the parking lot and before that, helped us with a TV issue (he arrived at our door less than 5 mins after we called the front desk and resolved it in a couple of minutes!). There were several people due to the I-80 closure but he attended to everyone with grace and efficiency. The breakfast was great: both hot and cold options, plenty of food and a clean eating area. Our room was clean, didn’t reek of Febreze like others we’ve stayed in and the bed was comfortable. Carpet was clean and didn’t show signs of spills or over-use. We were very nicely surprised and treated well by the friendly staff and a well-maintained facility.

We will never stop there again.

Toilet didn’t flush, the wall above the airconditipner was all falling apart. The building lock on the outside door was not working. the outside lights were not on so it was hard to find in the dark!

Great nights rest.

Staff was so polite. Easy to find the motel. Great eating places nearby. Loved the plastic channel ABC channel# etc. Loved remote for heater/ac. Could turn up or down from the bed.

No alarm clock. Learned how to use my phone.

Convenient and people were great!

Old musty smell in the room. The room was clean, but the hallway and stairs were really dirty. Breakfast room was not air conditioned.

The place room was clean and quiet as there were not many staying there for the night

The room was really clean. At the time of check in I met the General Manager Doveen whom was there at the desk training a new staff member. They were both very nice and personable.

I did not like that the bathroom tub was old and showed signs of wear and dirt that was bedded in the tub. I also did not like that I had to pay $25 xtra for my dog. This place could use updated bathtubs.

I would not book a stay at this hotel again.

It was close to the freeway, Great parking.

Breakfast had missing items with no information why. Bed was broken in the first room but the room was very nice and clean. Moved to a downstairs room which had been heavily used. Carpet was sticky feeling. Upholstered chair had large dirt or grease spots. Just felt dirty. Sheets were clean and we were tired. I've slept in worse on the Amazon in Brazil so it worked for us this 1 night.
