The breakfast was amazing! The beds were so comfortable! The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly! The location was okay and was close to anything that you would need. The air conditioner was on when we got there which we very much appreciated since it was hot that day.
The hotel could use some cosmetic updates and the ice machine could use some updating as well. Some of the breakfast tables were a little shaky and my juice spilled a little bit when my kids sat down.

Although one of the Room’s bathroom door was not able to close, and one room’s carpet was not clean, the staffs are welcoming , friendly, especially the young man at the check in. He’s very nice, helpful, and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent! Thank you!!! We enjoyed our stay…and we will definitely come back.
One room’s bathroom door was not close, carpet was not clean.

I liked the location and that they had a pool.
We didn't get towels to shower. I had to ask the front desk and we got two towels for 5 people. Then, every day, our room keys would stop working, and we had to go to the front desk and get them reactivated. It sucked to be locked out of your room each day we were there. Then, the continental breakfast coffee was horrible! It was thick like syrup.

It was as expected and for the price worth while.
There were mold stains on the ceiling of the bathroom. it was obvious that there was a remediation in process but not yet completed.

They charged for breakfast for a booking on Thanksgiving , but at the breakfast time gave notice that maids on holiday, so there will be NO breakfast. We were specifically booking for places that has breakfast options since things are closed all around. This hotel seems like a pathetic scam

Room was clean, spacious, had a microwave and coffee pot in the room.
Check-in was slow and the woman behind the counter, Rosemary, was rude! After driving almost 7 hours we didn’t want to have someone say we didn’t have a reservation, my husbands phone number we provided the hotel did not belong to him and to return our credit card/ID not handed but thrown across the counter. She finally found our previously booked reservation, she still didn’t believe either cell numbers belonged to us, even after I provided my cell number and showed her it was mine on my phone! I also did not like repeating both our phone numbers over and over again in front of a lobby full of people. My husband and I have been traveling around the United States for the past 50 days on leave between duty stations and 24 hotels later, Rosemary by far was the rudest person we encountered at check in! I personally would not stay here again just for this reason.

The overall appearance of this hotel is a little worn. Don’t let that fool you. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were soft. I appreciated that the covers were a few layers—instead of a sheet and cover. The a/c worked great and we all slept well. Breakfast was a good variety of cold cereals (including fruit loops for my kids), make your own waffles, eggs, potatoes, bacon, and a variety of breads/grains. Some fruit too. Kathy was running the breakfast station and was so friendly and kind! She asked how everything was, and offered help to us a few times. She cared about quality, and I really appreciated how sweet and helpful she was. When passing through Elko, I will stay here again .
The check in process was a little slow. I didn’t want my phone # announced out loud for confirmation when 2 other people were in the lobby. I also didn’t want to tell her my rooming situation (2 rooms, 1 adult with 2 kids in ea room), again with said strangers in the lobby.

Hot tub and pool. The room was very clean and large. The TV was easy to operate with plenty of movies.
The phone in our room did not work but we did not know that. It resulted in some problems when we I was trying to reach my spouce who forgot his phone. I left a message at the front desk but it did not get to him.
