The Breakfast was above and beyond. Thank you very, very Much. The entire stay was good just for the breakfast itself.
There was no soymilk. It was great even without the soymilk.

Not a darn thing!!!
We checked in, the whole hotel smelled of sewer and weed!! We didn’t even stay there. We tried telling the front desk and calling management and got satisfaction! Our room had mold in the shower. Most horrible experience of my life. Wasted our money because we never got a refund!! No calls back from hotel at all.

Good staff except for one slacker.
Room was old and in need of an upgrade. Also, people above us paced back and forth until around 11PM

The pool.
The rooms were infested with bed bugs and we were only offered a new room. So we had to stay because I had no extra money. I called the hotel several times to speak with management and they refused to call me back or speak to me. Even when they were right next to the lady who answered the phone. It was a weird lady in the hallway exposing her body parts to my children. Nothing was done.

Shower...water has no pression.

Great location for local festivals, clean facilities. A few restaurants around, fairly inexpensive. All around good hotel for the price.
Hallway carpets could be updated/fixed.
Breakfast could use a refresh/upgrade.

Close to venue, location easy to find off highway. Breakfast included in price. Staff very nice
Carpet was absolutely filthy! Bad and scary first impression of hotel when first walked in. The rooms were better. They could have been a bit cleaner. Found empty pop can in room and chair had a charger left in it so that was not wiped down. No attention to details when cleaned. They should have gotten help for the woman who served breakfast bc it was extremely busy on 10/2 and no one helped her. Poor management. I have been in Suites Inn before and they have been so so much better than this one! The carpet was loose in hallways and filthy dirty disgusting! Room carpet not much better!!!

It was closer to the German Festival.
The staff that was there when we arrived were not very friendly at all. The lady who was checking me in. Didn't even stand up so I can see her over the counter. The counter was quite high for me. I'm only 4'9. I'm very short and had to reach over to give her my ID and papers to sign. I thought she was handicapped and in a wheel chair that's why she didn't stand up, but when I paid and I was all checked in. The lady finally stood up. I thought it was very rude. The other girl working, she was there talking to the other worker about another employee, it was very unprofessional because she was talking crap about this other employee, while there are customers who can hear her, and she was not friendly at all and was acting like a snob. I don't know what I did to her. I was just there trying to check in. The next day it was different staff's who was working and they were a lot friendlier than the staff that was there on Saturday afternoon. For $146.00 a night in a jacuzzi suite. I expected to be a lot better. The fan in the bathroom was caked with dust, they don't clean above their heads at all. There was a big stain underneath the bathroom sink, and the stand where the microwave sets was crooked cause it was broken. The bathtub didn't drained properly had to maneuver the bathtub stopper to finally get it working so it would stay open so it would drain the water. We were on the second floor and it was 1am and I kept hearing a kid running around on the room above us. It was horrible, it lasted for about an hour. Until the kid probably finally fell asleep. But I know that's not the hotel's fault. It was just annoying as hell. I was just disappointed on how the room looked for the price. I expected a little better.

the staff who helped us were really nice! they did
their best to help make the best of a really poorly
maintained property. the place is awful and they knew it.
wow. where to start. hands down the worst hotel I've
ever stayed at. This place shouldn't charge more than
$85 a night. It's non-smoking but the place stunk like
stale cigarettes. the furniture was chipped and in some
cases broken. the walls and carpets and fabric on the
couch cushions was so stained and dirty looking that
I didn't want to walk barefoot or sit on the couch. The
lampshades were stained. there were cigarette burns
on the bathroom countertops. one of the beds in our
room was broken and sagged in the middle. paint was
peeling, bathroom tiles were loose. the grout was mildewed
and disgusting and peeling away. The ceiling had
evidence of serious water damage. the bathroom door
was broken and the paint was peeling and chipped .
the lights in the shower and exhaust fan didn't work.
mildew on one corner of the carpet, food under the
beds. if I wasn't already so exhausted or could afford
to eat my nonrefundable payment I would have left.
Gross doesn't even begin to describe it. all I can say
is don't stay here. the pictures look modern and cute-
and the decor is exactly as pictured ... but probably from
around 20 years ago, before they had about 50 frat parties
in these rooms . if you can stomach that, go for it.
but if what your after is no frills but clean and nice,
then look elsewhere, because this is NOT it. in my
opinion this is false advertising and they should be penalized .

Leaving.
The hotel is shabby, the swimming pool was closed, breakfast was pointless.
4.0
Price, value, proximity. Friendly staff. Cleanliness.
Some carpets in main lobby need to be replaced.

The staff was helpful
The room was terrible. It was very ran down. There was cracks in the ceiling, office chair ripped up, patches in the walls , rug filthy in the room and throughout the hotel. The hotel is way to over priced for the poor quality of the property.
3.5
Beds were nice. Nice set up
Carpet looked dirty and there was a fruit loop on the floor from previous people.
