We were going to Dollywood-so we needed a place to shower, snack, and hang out with friends.

I loved everything. The space was great, the breakfast was wonderful, and I loved having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The staff was amazing!!!!

I didn't see one thing that I would change!

Outdated hotel but good location

A maintenence man checked is in because other staff was on smoke break. We requested 1st floor with a King bed. No 1st floor available and no king beds available. I

The hotel needs to be renovated. Carpet is old, air conditioner barely works, and we avoided the elevator! Hotel was ok but not what we expected.

Both twin beds were uncomfortable and the room air condition sounded like starting a Harley Davidson every time it kicke

Nice enough place for a decent price.

The room was nice and the location was very convenient for where we were going.

The front desk staff. When we first arrived, the guy just wandered out and I actually had to speak to him first which was odd. He was supposed to welcome me...not me welcome him... Also there was an overpowering smell of someone smoking weed on our floor 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. I emailed management and they said they investigated and found nothing.....and then I smelled it again that night. There was no mistaking it.... maybe it was them doing it. Who knows.

A good place to sleep

Nice selection at breakfast (at no extra charge), room had all we needed to crash for the night and wake up ready for another busy tourism day. Place was quiet on the whole, no noise complaints.

Elevator buttons were not very responsive, might be aging. Less towels in the room than one night expect, and less TP than usual. I'm sure the front desk would help with both if asked, just meant we had to keep an eye on things.

Got what we paid for in a very touristy area.

Good value for the money, especially as it was on our way out of town (north) the next day. Clean and recently rehabbed from a Sleep Inn

Uncomfortable pillows. Odd bathroom setup. Traffic noise heard through the night. No working fan in bathroom. Breakfast not very good in comparison to similar hotels

We would recommend to family & friends.

Location is very convenient . Breakfast was nice. Kitchen area was exceptionally clean. Staff was helpful very nice & friendly..

You have no chairs in the room to get comfortable. One was a semi straight back chair & the other was just not comfortable. Bed pillows were worn out.

We needed 2 queen beds. Double beds are too small for a family of 4. Also, the showers are too small. No shelving to hold anything in the shower.

nice clean room, NO BUGS, pet friendly & a great value!

everything was clean!! there was no bugs!! my husband is an exterminator and we always check for bedbugs before we stay and there was no signs of any bugs. the staff was extremely polite.. I was allowed to have my dog with me and I appreciate that!

the shower head was very short I am 5ft 6inch tall and had to stop slightly.. and the toilet paper is the worst toilet paper I have ever encountered.

Good Stay - Book direct with Hotel

Good Breakfast

Booking.com price was $100 higher than what Sleep Inn offered direct. Very disappointed with Bookings cost. In the future I will check with the hotel before I book with booking.com.

Not many breakfast options. The rooms were clean, but very small & so were the beds. There were a ton of renovations going on since it was their less busy season.
