STAY AWAY FROM HERE! THERE ARE COCKROACHES, HUMIDITY, UNPLEASANT ODOR, BREAKFAST UNSANITARY, DIRTY LINEN!!!!, TUB DISGUSTING, PICTURES ARE A SCAMM AND COMPLAINING FIXES NOTHING BUT UPSETTING DISSAPOINTMENT

Not a dang thing!!!!

Staff rude Staff not knowing the ADA Room filthy Had to clean own room Loud music all night Smelly facility Staff cursing out guests Staff hated that was a military veteran No breakfast only coffee that smelly Came in with groceries and demanded to know what was in side the bag Question in regards to my wife (being we BBC are interracial)

Bad service and don't serve breakfast

The sofa was separate from the bedroom. It was very spacious. I was able to have dinner on table.

First false advertising. They don't serve breakfast. That's the main reason I chose that place. 2nd. Filthy. Cigarette burns on linen. I bought my own cleaning supplies. The young housekeeper argued with me about the towel I used on my colored hair. She wanted to charge me for it having some light dye color. I went and bought myself colored towels at that. Bad thing they don't check rooms after clients check out.

The place looked like an abandoned hotel from a bad movie. Broken doors, bad lighting, the smell was unbearable. That place needs to be closed down.

They didn't clean my room... I couldn't get clean towels ,I had to go to Walmart to buy a new towels... it was a water leak in my bathroom, roaches crawling around everywhere ..it was people hanging out on the balcony.. then it was a couple arguing and cursing each other out on the balcony and the pool was not fixed we wasn't able to get in the pool all while we was there ,,they kept saying it was getting treated.. we cannot get ice all while we was there I also had to buy ice from Walmart while we was there because they ice machine was not working.. on the website they offered free continental breakfast or when you get there they tell you that they don't they're not doing breakfast so that's false advertisement there.. they also had broken down cars ,,cars that's on flat sitting in the parking spaces where people couldn't Park they had broken cars right in the front of the lobby area,, it also had stains in my bathtub and hair ... And it was urine stains on the mattress and blood stains on the mattress it was just horrible everything....

It was a good value for are room, very spacious, has its own living room and kitchen space.

The bed was to hard. The shower faucet was hard to maneuver, we couldn't get hot water. After the second day we started noticing cockroaches in are kitchen and table. Didn't want to cook no more. Walls were dirty they had stains all over the room. Sofa need to be changed.

Close to the hospital I was going to.

Couch had stains all over, comforter had black stains, sheets had green paint looking stuff & the fold out couch mattress had green mold and no sheets. Front desk clerk was never behind desk to ask for clean sheets. Never again

I have stayed at hotels that were cheaper and had a nice stablishment. I had my baby with me and I didn't sleep at all because the door wouldn't close right and I feared for our safety.

I liked that I had a little kitchen I liked that I could smoke in my room. It was a nice size room

I didn't like that the bed had stains everywhere i didn't like that my sofa looked like somebody peed and burnt and ashed all over it I didn't like how nasty the bathroom was. I had to clean it. I also didnt feel confortable walking around barefooted. would of been alot better if they maintained the rooms and properly better I wish I took pictures

Rooms were not properly cleaned. I booked a non-smoking room. when I arrived at my room the restroom had traces of cigarette ash and smelled of marijuana. Restroom wasn’t in working order since it easily flooded

The sheets were stain,the blanket had holds,torn. We only got 2 towels, then sofa didn't have sheets ,the place a awful smell the carpet wasn't clean and top off the swimming pool was dirty,then we had change, from the second to down stair because the stair were bad unsafe

It was hard to find and the accomodations were outdated felt like I was in the 80's and people wandering around all night the room felt insecure.

Do not stay here

The room was nasty and unsafe. The door did not close properly and the room was absolutely gross. The air did not work properly. We are still fighting for a refund
