Estubo bien mi estancia

El precio de la habitacion

En el baño no había jabón ni shampo los muebles están muy viejos y las sábanas huelen mucho a cloro , pero si estubo bien rebasó mis expectativas tiene una estufa y refrigerador , si se descansa bien y los cuartos están muy amplios, el precio estubo excelente

Great up til I found out I had left my purse and no one has tried to get a hold of me.

Satisfied with the room and facilities. Wish they had gravy for the biscuits. The beds just had sheets no blankets but got some from desk. I left my purse in a drawer and can’t get a hold of the motel by phone. Very good otherwise.

Disappointing

First morning there was no breakfast, staff had lost keys to kitchen. The room, actually the facility was not clean!!!! Coffee pot in room had crusty gunk in it, I wouldn’t use it. Road noise was pretty bad while trying to sleep. I would not stay here again. Staff was friendly enough, but facilities were not kept.

The room was a decent size for our family of 5. Clean bathroom.

The day that we wanted to use the pool,it was green and dirty. We wanted to let some natural light into our room but the blinds weren't working.

The worst hotel we gave ever stayed at. There was mold in the restroom. You had to warm up your breakfast in the microwave. There was also this smell. The hotel is not worth the money. The location is horrible.

Nice place to stay on a budget.

I liked the room and how close it was to the Highway so you could go anywhere you needed to quickly.

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t clean.

easy on the wallet and the staff is awesome.

The staff was awesome. Ron gave us the front desk fan just to keep us cool in the room that was a little warm. He provided us with the extra blankets and pillows we needed as well. The staff is what made us consider coming back.

It was a bit outdated. I know these places offer affordable rooms and keep it that way by only keeping what's necessary going. But the AC was struggling and some of the things in the room were just broken. like face plates, tiles, etc.

The breakfast was a joke. Price was too high for how it looked and bean burrito... Hard bread before roasting it.. Just basically had cereal.

the worst experience I’ve ever had.

manager was very rude. the room was also not clean at all. the toilet was disgusting and there was a cockroach in our bed. there was also body hair on the sheets and gum on the ground. also there was a large red stain on the carpet.

Room was spacious Big enough for 5 ppl. Shower was good

Didn't like the breakfast or lack of 1st stay here was n 2021 and everything was excellent. Customer service was awesome and they had a variety of breakfast items This time around there was limited breakfast items and the rooms were only cleaned 2 a week. We had to ask for clean sheets and clean towels and bathroom necessaries Next visit to San Antonio we might stay at a different sure stay hotel or a whole different hotel brand
