Bad service, dirty and dark.

The experience started bad since we arrived to the hotel. My challenge was that after I book my rooms, there were no refunds. When I received my first two rooms, one of them had bugs on the floor and the sink. The other room had dirty bedsheets. I received two new rooms that looked ok. After been there I find out that the room is actually very dirty. I was checking how clean the floor of the bathroom was and cleaned a small area. I was surprised how dirty the floor was. The toilet paper I used was full of dirt and hair. I was feeling sick and wanted to throw up. It´s difficult to see if a room is clean when the floors are dark. The shower was dirty as well. The water filled up and didn’t run down the drain. My family refused to take a shower. The breakfast was not good and there was not enough food for the amount of people at the time. The tables were dirty and the food areas were also filthy. I really believe that it is not difficult to deliver a clean room and hotels like this shouldn’t be allowed to provide services with so poor standard.

Location is good on the I-35, northeast of downtown.

Previous ratings mosguided us to this hotel. It wasn’t clean, not the room, not common areas. Pool was full of leaves, without area lightning. The room had repairs that where not repainted.

Room was nice size and comfortable

I am handicap they put us on second floor all the way at the far end of the motel. It was a horrible walk. No carts to carry luggage and no elevator. The hall way had trash in it all weekend. No one cleaned it. The room was not very clean stains on the walls in bathroom . The sheets had holes in them.

The manager and staff were excellent in meeting my needs.

The most impressive feature was the staff, especially the manager! I told her she shouldn't be married! Lol

Too short, but will be back.

They let me check in Late and let me check out late. Since we got in late we needed much more sleep.

They did not have a Hot Tub. It would have made the long trip much better to relax.

The room was more than expected

That when I walked to the front desk to request towels that I had to walk back to the room then get the dirty ones then take them to the front in order to get me ones. Instead of having a staff member do so.

Nice hotel with clean room, excellent breakfast in the morning, easy access to freeway.

I’d stay again, it’s just everybody customer service is different

the inside looked so much better than the outside, breakfast was okay, we still ended up stopping and getting something, the space in the lobby area was small and a little crowded. the guy at the hotel when checking in hate that we asked questions because we didn’t know about the $100 deposit. the beds were clean, it’s just San Antonio is old and and this saved us so much money than booking downtown by the river walk

Place hallways smell really bad, door safety locks broken in, back of the hotel very isolated n dangerous looking. Too much activity and noises going on that night, dog barking on rooms... HORRIBLE!
