Location was central to everything we wanted to do
No vending machines on site, the office sold can soda for $5 each, cash only. We literally had to kick the door to our room open and shut because it was broken.

The staff was nice. The location was convenient. The tub drained toilet flushed and sink drained.
I paid extra the day before when offered an upgrade to a double queen nonsmoking in my confirmation. When I got there the guy said no it was a double and on the confirmation it was listed as both. I paid
15 more and got nothing. Also the room was so smoky the sheets even smelled
Like smoke when you tried to escape the smoke air blowing out of the air conditioner. My two teens and I had irritated throats for two days like we were in a smoky bar. The phone was disconnected, there was no cream for coffee, and there was sticky and sparse furnishings. This was NOT cheap- it was 260 for one night.

The room was stuffy, there was no hair dryer, the bottom of the bathroom door looked like someone had cut it to let steam out. When we checked out early in the morning, there was someone sleeping on the stairs.

Supposed to be smoke free but smelt like an ashtray , sink didn't drain that well, beds were not queens like advertised, electrical socket between the beds was loose and away from the wall exposing the wires. Remote didn't work properly.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and they were able to get it quickly for us. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable
The floor of the guestroom was very dirty. We spilled some water, and used a white washcloth to mop it up, and the washcloth was immediately dark grey, almost black from the dirt on the floor. Also the lamp shade for bedside light was broken.

The one maid who serviced our rooms
First they advertise a breakfast and none exists, even the vending machines are broke, Wash three loads of clothes and then the dryer broke. Water in the shower either hot or cold and even after reporting it was the same! Asked for quarters and the desk employee acted like it was an inconvenience. Even when that was the only way to use the machines to wash the clothes. It was really high for the low quality of machines. False advertisement and if I had no they served nothing for the price! I would have found another hotel.
