It was adaquate.

The location wasn’t bad

I did not like that I could not cook in my room which is why I wanted a room with that ability. I don’t know if you charged more for that but if you did then I deserve a partial refund because basically I stayed in a regular type room. The stove, and fridge was there but no pots and pans, plates, cups and silverware. I am sorry you have a theft problem but if you are not going to guarantee these things when someone reserve that type of room then you need to tell them to bring their own. This should be on your website. Also maybe you should look into better security for this place. That might help in knowing who takes the stuff. This also should include the iron since I did not have one in my room and the front desk did not have one. You can have people sign these out and give them back when they leave and if they don’t then they will be charged for them. Just an idea. I had to spend more money than I planned because I could not cook. I also wanted a coffee maker but did not have that and yes I know you have free coffee in the morning I wanted to be able to have coffee when I wanted. I bought with me what I needed for that and just took it back home and spent money on coffee. This is why you did not get a 10 rating.

I didn’t like it. People were congregating in front of the hotel. Very loud and listening to music

for the price/location it was ok. maybe the building could be tented for roaches etc.

it was inexpensive and a convenient location to the next destination.

because it's an extended stay the entrance is treated like a front porch. The AC wall unit while it worked properly, you could see outside which means bugs can get in.

Nasty.

Breakfast was a joke. There was None

The beds were disgusting. Dirty mattresses. One bed was not even made up. Looked like my 2 year old grandson made the bed.

I will stay again

This was a good location staff was friendly I loved my rooms they was clean and well put together I was very pleased with my stay I will stay again if needed

The only thing that could of been better is the carpet as you walk in should be shampoo more often being that is a lot of guess in and out

I didn’t stay for more than an hour, got a refund and left!

The receptionist was great, tried her hardest to accommodate us. Even understood why we wanted to cancel and get refunded. We appreciate her being so understanding.

The box springs were stained, the pillows looked old and worn out, we reserved for a double room, they gave it to someone else, 1 bathroom had no shower head and bugs, the other had spider webs and a rusted refrigerator, the lobby was dirty the hallway carpets were filthy. The pics on this website are deceiving. As we were leaving the property to look for another hotel, the guests were shouting for us to leave.

Not terrible for the price, but a couple of little things could have made it much better.

the location was good. the room itself was clean

the carpet in the hallway is filthy. the safety latch on the door is broken. there were no blankets for the beds. there was only one bath towel in the room for three people, we asked for more towels three times and never got them. the tv had no cable signal. there was a lot of trash in the parking lot.

I will never stay here again and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it wreaked of smoke, the bathroom door did not close, and there was a stain on the shower curtain which hindered me from taking a shower, although there were no bath towels in my room, the smaller bed the box spring and the mattress was two different sizes, and it looked as if someone animal had clawed it up. The pillows were the size of a grapefruit in a square pillowcase. The elevator did not work so we had to take the stairs. The stairway was dirty and the carpet on the floor we were staying on was filthy.

I did not stay the 3 nights intended. I stayed the first night and left

the location to where I needed to be was great

they ran my card before I got there and I was to pay when I arrived. they cancelled my room and then place me in a room that had broken stuff in it and bugs.

Would never stay there again.

Location met my needs.

Door to my room didn't open. Had to change room..despite 2 maintenance men trying to open it. All carpets were dirty. No towels nor toilet paper in the room. No pillow cases or top sheet on bed. Ants 🐜 in bathroom & refrigerator full of food & not cleaned out.

Disappointing

Staff was nice and accommodating.

Basically you get the bare minimum of conveniences. Pro-security on property. Con-he was louder than guests in the middle of the night while we're trying to sleep. He was right outside our door talking loudly to anyone that came in the lobby.

Exceptional

The new staff did a major improvement to the establishment. They are very friendly and caring. Most comfortable stay I've experienced

Cable tv could be better only has 41 channels Small refrigerator. Barely any space to hold food

Disappointing

A place to sleep, that's about it!

Didn't have room ready. Took another 45 minutes. Had to give another room. Beds uncomfortable. Roaches in bathroom. No coffee in room. The smell of the room.

Worse Nightmare

Leaving!

Roaches, Food under bed, crumbs in the microwave, urine and tissue in toilet upon arrival, couldn't honor reservation due to double bed rooms not being cleaned by housekeeping (said by receptionist) and a stain on the sheets. I would never stay here again and wish I could be compensated for such nastiness. I was accompanied by my 21 yr old son. No babies to be eating baby puffs.
