Do not book this hotel!!!!!

Good price.

Very outdated. Felt very unsafe, lots of people loitering outside. Strong marijuana smells outside, with our car windows up. Ended up just leaving and driving home instead of actually spending the night. I wish I had read other reviews but I booked in haste. Unclean, shrubbery around the hotel was overgrown. Entire place needs an overhaul. There was even a sign inside that stated if marijuana use was suspected, the cops would be called. I've never seen that anywhere else that I've ever stayed. When I called to check out by phone since we didn't actually use the room, I was told the manager was out of town for several weeks. I will be trying to get at least a partial refund. Do not stay here! It is truly awful. Oh, and at check in the staff at the desk was on their cell phone for a bit before finishing up to help guests. There was a long line to check in. Also, was told they didn't have my reservation (this would have been a blessing). The girl finally found it when I showed her my booking.com confirmation. That has never happened in many years of using booking.com. Huge inconvenience to drive 2.5 hours home and then 2.5 hours back the next morning for a sports event.

Our room was ok for a one night stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was a decent size and it was easy to set a comfortable temperature in the room. The TV had a good selection of channels.

The breakfast area was too small and had very limited selections. The placement of the microwave and refrigerator in the room could have been better.

I feel the rooms are really in need for bigger screen TV. For the price I would expect the rooms to have bigger screens TV. I would stay at your hotel more if they did, because sometimes I go to Comfort Inn instead because there price is lower at time and they remodeled more Modern up to date and bigger screen TV in all rooms.

Worker had attitude and didn’t explain the extra charges on my account.The remote to the television didn’t work properly.I didn’t get my rooms together. A lot a noise by other people in the other room.

No hot water to shower in morning. No battery in smoke doctor. Mold in shower. Ceiling cracking. Paint chips hanging from ceiling. No stopper in sink. They told us it was nothing they could do.

Bathroom was too small. Beds were squeaky. Pillows were more like accent pillows and not bed pillows. Vending machines did not work.

The breakfast was OK

There was a lot of bumping above me in the hallway, smelled like weed, which ended up coming into my room. There were a lot of young kids in the hall, making a lot of noise.

not a fair price dispite the location for what we endured

very close to the coliseum

looks like it’s not kept up with, wall paper falling of the walls, terrible smell in hall way, night staff was not very clear and friendly when we arrived to check in, no hot water Sunday morning, terrible water pressure, had to repeatedly ask for new towels after leaving ours outside our room, found dirty wash clothes on the shower.

Birthday Celebration

It was clean and a good size. The people were courteous. I enjoyed the coffee, and the orange water. They had a good breakfast to choose from.We will stay again when we are up that way.

Okay for a Night

The closeness to the coliseum and the conveince of restaurants and shopping.

The door had a very large section missing so didn't feel secure. The hotel needs some improvements but overall it was fine.
