NOTHING!!!!
It had a horrible smell to it. It was so bad I a as throwing up soooo bad I had to go outside and sleep in my car, while my daughter and boyfriend slept inside. Even a worker complained about the smell. The rooms didn't look anything like the photos online..

It was beautifully set up inside.
Parking could be better. More accommodating for the disabled.

Front desk staff was great, trying to work out issues.
Room hadn't been cleaned at check in time. Floors throughout hotel needed vacuuming and cleaning. The room, although it looked fairly nice, wasn't comfortable at all. The tub and toilet were exceptionally low, the bed was squeaky, lumpy and uncomfortable. The air was not working properly in the room.

Location and price
The room was extremely hot, even with the thermostat turned all the way down. The hairdryer did not work in either room. The place was old and in disrepair. The breakfast was ok but not great. The rooms had to be re-cleaned after we checked in, they were filthy upon arrival. I would not recommend this place. The pool was pretty good.

it’s convenient and family oriented for being local discounts for parties is Great specially for booking a room or two for the same night as party! and staff is nice !
the manager is behind on updating, fixing the property. it is so outdated and old, plus the swimming pool wasn’t working and cold hot tub was lukewarm and bubble part of didn’t work. we had to switch into 2 rooms due to broken issues.

The price was the only nice thing
the hallway smelt like poop, the front desk almost didn’t let us stay because they don’t allow locals, they said the pool closed at 10 but closed the hot tub at 9

Typical hotel breakfast
First room we were placed in was dirty, with no working air conditioner.
Moved to a second room, also dirty, the window was broken, tiles in the bathroom were broken leaving sharp edges. There was no hot water in the shower. The bathroom sink had hot water, but the shower did not. Carpet on stairs was dirty and torn, creating a trip hazard. I have submitted a request for a refund for the second night that I had reserved and paid for, so far, no response.

The staff was very nice and tried their best to accommodate us, but they were definitely starting in the hole and trying to dig their way out.
The second floor smelled extremely stale. The first room we entered was either still occupied or not yet cleaned (very much seemed still occupied). The second room was "ready" but there were MAJOR stains on the bedding, walls were covered in handprints and the bathroom was too much. If it had been a drive-up motel I would have been bummed but for a regularly priced, name-brand hotel room, it was just too terrible.
Because of booking.com rules, we left to go somewhere else without a refund for the night.

The staff was very helpful
We had to change rooms due to no air conditioning in our first room. The second room was FILTHY!!! There was mold and old soap in the bathtub and used bandages stuffed in the furniture

Good location right off I90. Full breakfast-buiscuits & sausage gravy, eggs, ceral/milk, waffles, juice, coffee. The front desk & breakfast staff provided excellent service. When there was an issue at check in at midnight, with the first room rented being conpletely dirty, the desk clerk gave us a different room, going in before me to make sure it was clean. However it too was not 100$ clean- he flushed the toilet & ran the shower real quick I assume to rid both of left behind body hair & yuck. Overall the hotel was quiet except for the very outdated room a/c. It looked like it had been a fun place to stay when first built as it has an indoor resort feel with gated pool & patio area in the center. Quaint balconies for the second & third floor rooms. Has workout, conference & banquet rooms. Some kind of restaurant & a rustic bar attached (both luckily closed during our stay). Ice & vending machines appeared to be in working order.
We arrived at 15min to midnight. First thing I noticed is a tailgate party in the parking lot. People drinking & listening to music. The American flag up on its pole not illiminated as the law requires. The pole is in a flower bed w/out flowers, surrounded by the dog pooping area full of poop and no grass. Cigarette butt containers w their tops half off. Upon entering it was a surprise to see it was like an indoor resort with the pool/patio area, lots of seating. Cuz it was not mentioned on their website. I noticed someone had left a snack bag on a table & it was still there at 11am check out. I advised the desk clerk of the tailgate party & he said ya it happens all the time due to the local welding school. If they get too roudy the cops will show up. The clerk had issues signing into the system apparently he had been out for 2 weeks on family leave. He had to call the general manager for assistance. It took half an hour to get into our room. Then it was completely dirty. See attached pictures. Carpeting had not been vacuumed, all surfaces were filthy, toilet, sink/counter, tub/shower all had the last guests soap, toothpaste, body hair & poo left behind. Inside/of microwave & fidge were disgusting. I called the desk clerk from the dirty room phone he offered another room. Going back to the front desk he was having issues checking in another guest due to the internet going down. Took awhile to complete her registration so we didnt get into the second room until after 1am. The clerk went in before me to check if it was clean. He quickly straightened the bed skirts & went into the bathroom, ran the shower & flushed the toilet. I assume to attempt to rinse down body hair & yuck. He offered a discount room rate at check out. I found half the pillow cases had not been changed out luckily we had brought our own pillows. We were too tired to try another room.

Breakfast was ok, we did have to ask at the front desk to refill things.
Everything was filthy. The sheets on the beds were dingy and stained. The bathtub faucet leaks water, there was bags of trash in the hallway when we got there and in the morning when we left. The bathroom facilities were disgusting and the list goes on.

Location
I never leave bad reviews but...dirty floors so kept shoes on and dirty top sheets/comforter so slept without blankets which was easy to do because there was no way to adjust broken thermostat so it was super warm, yet loud exhaust fan blew all night, made for a white noise to drown out the bar patrons I guess. The bathroom had hairs all over, especially in the shower. One of the staff had what I assume to be family at the indoor pool, which one adult in the group was vaping with no regards to others. If we weren't needing a place just to sleep for the night I would have complained in person.

My room was filthy had used rubber gloves stuffed behind the pictures. Sheets were dirty. Had to wait to be moved to another room as there were no other available rooms in Gillette. Staff had to clean another room before I could move. Very Grose motel.

there was a large open area with a pool and spa as advertised
the entire area was dimly lit, even at the front desk. dark and dingy were the first thing I thought of to destroy my feeling about it. the staff was courteous and fairly efficient. however, when we got to the room and opened the door there was a really bad odor and opening the bathroom revealed the source of the odor. the bathroom was flooded whether the toilet ran over or the bathtub I don’t know but there were many bugs running around the floor and in the bathtub when we turned on the bathroom light. we canceled our 5 night stay and found a better hotel near the same area cleaner, brighter, and with the same amenities; two queen beds room, pool and spa, and complimentary breakfast as well as cheaper❗️
