Great location - friendly staff - very accommodating

Enjoyed the afternoon get together- light appetizers and drinks - breakfast was good -- location was excellent-- would definitely stay there again

Buffet ran out of items multiple times in the morning and afternoon-- long waits for crowded elevators

disappointed for the price

location

i didn’t like the fact that a high price hotel n you walk in and smell chlorine that we as s family did not like the room smell n we’re dirty, windows hadn’t been cleaned, curtains were off the slide that holds, we’ve stayed at a motel six n had a cleaner room, so sorry for the negative survey but your housekeepers need to do a better job, the price did not go with the hotel standards that i thought it should’ve had, location great, on our next return it will be a different hotel, the chlorine was BAD!!!

The dream location and extra bonuses are exceptional!

Our AirBnB cancelled on us two days prior, so we were thankful to get a room at the Drury Inn Union Station and it was a Godsend! Complimentary breakfast and dinner/snack options saved us so much! The location is outstanding for a walk to the Union Station Wheel and area restaurants! The room's AC was running excellently and the bathroom's hot water and pressure were just what we dreamed of at a hotel! Perfect place to stay! Outstanding!

The staff are a credit to this hotel

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So helpful and could not do enough for us.

The beggar on the steps at the entrance made us feel awkward. All the dishes are plastic. Coming from Europe this seemed so wasteful.

The curtious staff, everyone was polite and helpful.The free breakfast and kickback hour appetizers were fantastic,it saved my family of 5 a great deal of money,by feeding us. The convenience of the metro. Overall...it was a great stay!

The hotel not honoring my friends and family discount,due to using booking.com. 😔 The expense to park in hotel garage. When we got in our room. The fridge wasn't working and the phone didn't work either. They took care of the fridge and I didn't even mention the phone.

Quality of dinner food could be improved. Free drink line was extremely long with only one server. Daily room service was not included. Apparently, this was a requested option.

Comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences. Staff was very friendly.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Bed was very comfortable. I had an event so I couldn't partake but I thought it was great they had a happy hour with complimentary cocktails and snacks.

Parking was confusing at first and rather inconvenient. From what I could tell, there is only one elevator. The wait was quite long to use it, minor inconvenience. There was no vending machines. There were signs saying vending but then there was no vending machine. There was no bottled water in the room and no where to get any. I got back to the hotel around 11PM after an event and needed drinking water. I shouldn't have to search the hotel for bottled water. The hotel has a musty smell.

Our stay here was wonderful! Very convenient right across from all the fun activities for the kids and adults to enjoy. The staff was great. It was very clean and comfortable the free breakfast and kickback was great with complimentary drinks and food. Will stay here again!

The only issue we had was the shower drain. The tub filled up with water while taking a shower.

the snack time/breakfast and happy hour were great. the staff was friendly. it was located directly across from union station so there was a lot to do near by.

the rooms were kind of older and small and the beds weren’t real comfy but overall not bad.

The staff was wonderful & so was the coffee. the location was perfect and so glad there was an entrance to union station right across the street.

The halls were quite dirty, our drains in our bathroom didn’t drain. This isn’t really the type of hotel we normally stay in, so we were hoping for more amenities and cleanliness, but I guess that’s what you get when it comes to booking a hotel at the very last minute.

Great location. Perfect place for families to stay.

location was great. It was right across Union Station. The Ferris wheel, aquarium, light show were all walking distance. Also, the property has free breakfast and dinner and 3 adult beverages per adult 5-7 pm which was very nice.

The pool was small and crowded. The rooms are not cleaned daily. You have to call to schedule your room to be cleaned.

Great hotel!

Staff were very nice, the kickback was amazing, as was breakfast, and the pool was good too. Room was comfortable, bathroom was large. Across from the St. Louis aquarium and only 9 minutes from the zoo.

The roads were shut down for a parade on Saturday morning, so just be sure to check events.
