It was awsome.

The room was very clean. Bed was a little soft a little firmer would be nice. Bathroom was very clean. I didn't get breakfast didn't get up in time but enjoyed the coffee down stairs would be nice to have that till at least 11:30 AM.

Pleasant staff, as usual, and clean room. Wish I could know how many children are staying at hotel

Not hotel's fault but way too many kids (12 & under) at breakfast both mornings we were there. It appeared staff could not keep up the cleaning because of the constant messes by the kids, plus the running around in between the tables and cutting in line at the buffet and drink station.

Great stay!!!

It was a great stay!!! As a side note, on booking, it says they have an outdoor pool but not an indoor pool. They actually have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub with access to outdoor seating from the pool area. No outdoor pool though.

The lady that checked us in was so awesome! She did an excellent job with us!! We would definitely stay here again!

It was really easy to get too and to get to the hospital

The bed was ok, not super comfortable to me but my mom’s bed she liked.

It was excellent

I was very pleased with the pear tree inn. I originally only booked one night but I got a chance to stay an extra night and when I checked in I asked about staying an extra night and they worked with me and made it where we had the same room and everything. I've had this happen before a few times and I've always had to change rooms or hotels

Location near Union Station, less than 2 miles from Gateway Arch.

Excellent customer service. The microwave in our room was not working; within 15 minutes it was replaced. The pool area had no towels; reported to front desk, was immediately given towels for our family to use, within 10 minutes the pool towels were replenished. Parking area was secure and easy to access with room key.

Only 2 waffle makers in breakfast area.

It was overall a good hotel, will be staying again

The bed was super comfy, breakfast time was convenient and delicious

It did get noisy down at the bar but it calmed down pretty quick

Overall, it was an excellent stay.

The location was excellent. We were within walking distance of Union Station. The other places in our itinerary were 5 - 10 minute drive. Syberg's has amazing yummy food and is connected to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and happy. We were pleasantly surprised with the variety of breakfast items offered. My picture was taken from a window in the 10th floor hallway

The bed was hard and left my back achy. The establishment could invest in better quality comforters.

Great besides my phone messing

Food was great! You need more waffle makers!

My son left his I phone & my location is one so I know it’s there! & staff said it’s not! A house keeper had to get it or it’s in one of the couches! I called & they claimed they looked! I would drive up but I’m 4 hours away. Hopefully someone will turn it in! 😊

Perfect hotel to enjoy the attractions of STL!

-Close to Union Station. -Free Parking. -Friendly Staff. -No traffic. -Great View. -Free Breakfast, Popcorn, and even pop all day long!

Great staff, comfortable room, good breakfast.

A full hot breakfast every morning. I was beginning to think these were gone since COVID. The best staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Doris, Miracle, LaTonya, and Regina for making our stay so nice!

Construction was happening in the parking lot. It was inconvenient but not terrible. The only thing lacking was I would have liked more counter space in the bathroom.

Hot room, hard bed, mediocre breakfast.

Happy hour was nice, chips and dip with 3 drinks, nice touch. A shuttle was available to go to facility where concert was playing at, very convenient.

Room was 85 degrees when we arrived, put thermostat on 65. Left to go to concert, was gone from room 5 hours, when returned it was 76 in room. The bed was terrible, hard as a rock. In morning went down for a mediocre breakfast. Room was $175, wife got no sleep, I got very little. Between the hard bed and the temperature of the room, it was miserable.

Good but dont think Ill stay at the Pear Tree again

The staff was friendly and able to accommodate an early checkin. The room had fresh sheets, we were able to eat at Syburgs easily and it was very nice there

The room had a blood stain on the chair, a pool of water under the alarm clock, the bathroom door was hanging on only the lower hinge and couldnt close, and the toilet every time you flushed the handle flipped all the way around and had to be pulled back to be reset. the pool was fun although it seemed like the hot tub was very foamy, there could be more selection for the kickback drinks and given how close the hotel is to the new soccer stadium it could do for a remodel

Nice amenities and great staff!

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Doris didn't smile at all, even when I was very nice and cooperative. She was still nice, but a smile would go a long way. Happy hour is a nice feature with free drinks and snacks. The breakfast was great, and the woman running it was amazing. She worked very hard to make sure it was clean and full at all times. The free parking garage was very nice. It was clean. Beds were great.

The occasional chair in the room sunk when you sat on it. The conditioner dispenser didn't work well at all. You have to pump it many times to get just a little out. The one elevator was out.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location. Service is always impeccable. Room is always clean and when we have a need they are quick to meet it.

Both guests elevators were out of service. It seems that one has been out of service for several years now. While we were offered the service elevator, if you are going to have it for guests to use, it should be cleaned more. When we used it the first time there were 2 barrels full of dirty laundry and stinky garbage. That was remedied, but the floor was always sticky.

love the location next to the new soccer stadium, Union station and the enterprise center. The staff were friendly. The popcorn and happy hour was nice. The restaurant located in the hotel runs a shuttle to the blues game and back.

When we checked in, both of the main elevators were down along with the pool being closed. We had to use the service elevator to access our room with luggage or take the stairs. Our first room reeked of smoke. We immediately asked for a new room. The new room was smoke free, and clean. It could use some updating and a new mattress.

Nice staff, but this hotel is too expensive for the amount of maintenance issues.

The hot breakfast was nice. The location in relation to union station was convenient. The staff was friendly.

I’m not a fan of the tight garage with too many poles in the way. The pool was closed. The guest elevators were closed. The heat didn’t keep up. The promise of a later checkout wasn’t kept.
