Very, very pleased!!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. We don't travel or stay in hotels very often but if we are ever in the area again, I would definitely choose to stay here again! This was our first time traveling with our 2 year old. The requirements I had when looking for a hotel was a room with a 2-bedroom suite, breakfast and close vicinity to Broadway Pizza. It was also a big plus that Culver's was in the same parking lot so we could grab a quick lunch when we arrived. The staff was friendly, the property was clean and safe and the breakfast was excellent. I brought my own shampoo and body wash, as I always do, but I was pleasantly surprised to see shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers mounted in the shower.

The one and only thing that I noticed was the latch was broken on the window in one of the bedrooms and the screen was slightly bent. Potentially a safety hazard.

The location was far from my business centre

I did not like the way the accommodations was been advertise in the website. We paid for 3 beds but the room given to us was two beds for for 5 people.

Clean, comfortable hotel at a great price

The staff was very friendly. The whole place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in at this price point. We'll definitely be back.

The pool hours are until 10:00 p.m. Afterward, it's supposed to be adults only from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. Well, on the only night we were going to swim we got to the pool at 10:00 p.m. and there was nothing but kids in there (with more coming in) being very loud and obnoxious. So my only complaint is that there seems to be no enforcement of the pool hours.

We have stayed in better Hotels for the same price!!!

The breakfast was really good and the pool area very accommodating!

The arcade room had very few games that worked but were not marked “out of order” so lots of money lost by many families! our room was very noisy as we heard the elevator running up and down constantly! (very little sleep all weekend)😔

The 1st room was dirty and food was in the pull out bed, no curtains in the room when wanted to shut them to block out the light, the towels had hair all in them and they where supposed to be clean, then keys to the room and outside doors stopped working couldn't get in

great value, spacious room, fun arcade (so be ok with kids!)

Easy to find location, looked clean & newly remodeled, spacious room, great value & pleasant staff.

Our black out curtains were missing. One of the plug-ins by the bed didn’t work so you either had light or a clock. We didn’t need the clock so that was fine. The whirlpool looked dirty. But maybe they all are & we just don’t realize it!!?? There was a bright light inside of it (which made it possible to see every speck of who-knows-what floating in the water!) The jets were loud and sprayed in a funky way, so we had them off until we couldn’t stand looking at the stuff in the jacuzzi. (There was also a hockey tournament going on…& we swam after a bunch of kids! Lol!)
