amazing location, could walk to the plaza, to great hiking spots nearby, plenty of street parking. very spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. nice touch to include coffee & creamer, bottle of wine and once in the freezer.

the location was in short walking distance to Sonoma Square (5-7min) and yet on the edge of a residential area and Sonoma biking trail so pretty quiet overall. Loved the space as it felt like our own little cottage. We used the provided amenities to make breakfast both mornings, and having the dishwasher was such a nice bonus.
The only thing I can think of is not having dedicated parking but the street parking was plentiful and we did not need to move the car if we weren’t using it.

Beautiful place walkable to Sonoma! We loved it!

Place was perfect! Gorgeous, spacious with all the all the amenities you could need. Susan thought of everything. Love the two patios and the outdoor gardens. The 1/2 bath was very nice to have, too. The lighting and ambiance was the best- exactly what I needed for my birthday weekend.
Front living room windows need a shade behind the curtain. That's it!

Great location! Susan was very friendly and helpful. Loved the outdoor space, and the accommodations were lovely.
Would only recommend blackout curtains for those who like to sleep a bit later. The sun woke us up every morning. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Location: close to the main square, tasting rooms and restaurants.
Lovely, quiet, front yard.
Great coffee (Barking Dog Roasters)
Comfortable bed.
Can't think of anything I didn't like.

location, the outdoor fire pits
the quietness of it, the town itself
no instructions on what to do when we left. (dishes , strip beds, etc)

Beautiful accommodations with excellent amenities. The staff did a wonderful job preparing the space for our visit and even added personal touches that made the experience memorable. The space was private and comfortable, we will definitely be returning.

The location was great, so close to the main town and restaurants, yet in a very quiet street and residential neighborhood. A very well appointed, modern space with a kitchen including extras and a welcome gift. A real gem in Sonoma. I would definitely return
The pet fee was quite steep

There was no breakfast. The location was great.
The price.

There was no breakfast. There was coffee, cream in the refrigerator and tea.
The room was pretty sterile. Not sure if this was covid related. No magazines, games, puzzles, or movies like last time. The remodel was very nice, but not as homey as before and we liked that.

The cottage was adorable! Nicely decorated, very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The welcoming bottle of wine and coffee from a local company were very nice touches!

I loved the hospitality of the owner. She is a long time resident of Sonoma. Very hospitable and although the building was older, it had character, nicely done, clean, comfortable bed, good closet space, and cute little working kitchen! So quaint and so close to center of town!
A little construction in front. Not the fault of the owner.
No real front desk/reception area.

Beautiful property and an amazing location with a one block walk to the square, shops and restaurants. One of the cutest and roomiest spots near the plaza. Easy access to bike paths, walk to everything. Great patio with bocce - but unusable without notice during our stay.
This is our second stay - and the second time they are doing construction, promising no power tools or loud noises until 10am. Yet again the jackhammer started breaking concrete at 8:30. Last time we stayed hammering started at 8:30. The worst was that the bocce ball court was covered with giant plants for landscaping and was unusable. We found out when we got inside and there was a note on the table. The patio area was the main reason we came back here. We never expected ongoing construction or for them to break the promise AGAIN of no noise until 10am. The manager laughed about it and said they didn’t expect the plants to arrive that day, as if it were now our problem. When pushed they gave us a $100 credit on a bill over $1300. The place will be fantastic once they get things working but beware. Also the “smart TV” didn’t work after following all instructions and our call asking about it was never returned. Also - gardeners walking back and forth all day right outside our windows and onto the patio! There was no couch or seating facing the tv in this unit.

The location was ideal. We could walk to Sonoma center easily. The bungalow was clean. Everything met expectations.
Nothing.

We loved the location because it was so near downtown Sonoma. Also loved the fact that we did not see many other guests while we were there, so we felt secluded even though we were so close to everything.
It was cold downstairs! Some type of space heater would have been nice.
