Would come back when everything is updated.

Beautiful room, very happy with it.

Did not know restaurant would be closed. Also didn’t know there was a bar at the end of the pier until the last day.

Amazing, quick stay!

Love the upgraded rooms! They did an amazing job with the updates, having the restaurant and marina for our boat was phenomenal.

A beautiful Resort on the river away from the crowded area of old St Augustine.

Our room was recently remodeled and was very clean. The restaurant was convenient. If you do not like fish, order from the kids menu.

The office upon check in did not provide any paperwork containing wi-fi password or how to check out before their office opened on departure day. Weekend staff in the office would not answer the phone, however when you went into the office two people were in there. One was seating at the desk and the other just standing neither one was answering the telephone when it rang. They were helpful and polite but they had no work ethnic for there employer. Children in swimming pool in regular diapers. Parents removing wet diapers and leaving them on the pool deck. Two used drink glasses were on soda machine when we arrived and when we departed. Door to our room had large gaps where you could see outside. Meaning we could hear people talking almost all night long.

Most unclean hotel I ever booked

Location was the only reason I chose this hotel

Was not clean. It was horrible. I cannot believe they would ever think black mold on the fridge freezer door seal is acceptable.The shower had black mold as well & had dark long hair all over the shower wall & bottom of tub where we had to stand. No light bulbs in any lamps had to request those to see at night. Pillows were horrible & pillow cases had stains. It was a horrible & unclean night.Thank God it was only 1 night! Sleeping in my car would have been cleaner.

Exceptional

We loved the view and atmosphere. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant, excellent service. The motel staff was friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to return!

Good for one night. At that time if the year no breakfast available.

The Queen size beds have been ok. Bathroom nice and adequate for that level of motel. Cleanliness very good.

No hair dryer in the room. You have to ask for one at the reception. Front door of room was not closing well, needs a repair. Noise of other guests disturbing (from above and aside). Garbidge collection truck wakes you up in the morning.

Very nice property. Room was spacious and up to date. Staff was wonderful and helped me with a issue I had with my booking dates.

Just a heads up it’s not a typical hotel/resort. it’s a motel but room is updated

Close to everything

Room was over priced, all out dated, leaking Faucet on tub, plumbing barely worked. Air gaps around doors, rust in tub, you have to bend down to take a shower because the shower head is to low, irrigation had a leak and was hitting the building so we couldn't sleep. Bed had memory foam which killed our backs. Not a 5 star for sure.

They start modernising the whole place, which is good since the suits really remind you of when they were built. the queensize bed rooms already have new bathrooms and are way nicer.

Quaint, basic motel.

Location was great, as I was going to a concert at the Amphitheater.

There was a very strong smell of mold/mildew when I first opened the door to my room.

All was really good. The upgrades to the Conch House are great.

If I had one issue, it would be that the restaurant and bar closed too early.

We had an incredible stay here. We really enjoyed the property

This place was super cute. Very quiet private and clean. Ac worked great even with this heat the room stayed ice cold. The room was very clean and it was a great location for us. The employees were all very polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend them. Pool was also the perfect temp.

Interesting stay in a retro motel.

Location was great. Dining was atmospheric. Marina location and bar a good experience.

Rooms are very, very old. Once you tell yourself that that is part of the experience, then it sort of makes sense. Personally, I’d prefer a modern room and facilities. The resort is far more part of the experience than the rooms themselves.

laid back setting and very clean!

property is not modern but clean and beautiful setting. the pool area very nice and room very very clean. great atmosphere with restaurant and lounge in property and nice walk around the marina to see boats. lighthouse also seen from marina

the only thing about the property that wasn’t great was the table and gazebo out by the pool could use updating and the beds in our room were full size which we new going in but it was definitely small, queen would be preferred. however none of there things affected our opinions too much and we would go back

Overpriced stay. Beds and bathroom it’s a joke. bathroom shower disgusting and very small. Twin beds instead of queen beds. property need an huge upgrade . Only good thing is the location. Not recommended .

Location was a bit off the path for us to enjoy St Augustine. The bridge was backed up so it took a while to get over to the town center .
