Bathrooms and sheets were clean, there was not enough lightening
Not enough lightening, bathroom had one soap no extra towel

The room was better than reviews state.
Young lady at check out would not refund for early check out due to emergency at home. She told me the hotel was under new ownership and we left.

Owners were friendly. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms. Location was perfect for our needs. Great food options close by, and a short walk to shopping and the downtown area.
Rooms could use more lighting. A/C kept things cool, but left a bit of humidity. Furniture could use updating, and maybe needs a bit of decoration to liven up the room.

How close it was to the Main St.
No coffee
3.4
close to the historical area
everything else, the room has nothing going for it. no coffee, no tissue in room, for the price I would not consider it again

Nothing
This is an old outdated motel. I paid 197 US dollars for it and feel ripped off. We are canadian and thee owner put us in a room from the sixties it seems. Extremely dark damp and dingy. No curtains, pictures, tv was ancient! The bathroom was horrendous! Mold , broken towel bars, 3 toilet tissue holders, which were broken and need to be replaced not patched. The tile was moldy and the tap was replaced with holes around it!!!. I could not shower or use the ratty towels which looked like rags.
It is obvious they posted pics of maybe one room which had an upgraded bathroom!!
We left at first light as we could not sleep there. The upper level , we were in 127 over the office, had long term renters as they had barbecues and bikes out side their door.
Overall very shady and shoddy hotel. Stay away..
I am totally overwhelmed by the going of this hotel on its clients!

Was very nice and clean.
Close to all restaurants and necessities.
More wash cloths.

it was close to where we are hanging out at that time and the staff were friendly
I walked barefoot and my feet were black after walking and getting ready for check out. Floors could use some work

They didn't haven't had enough tolit paper in bathroom. Plus there was dry blood on door going to bathroom.

It was really quite and the on site owners were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We did not stay because it was terrible The only good thing was included parking.
It smelled like cigarette smoke which made all of our things smell terrible. Noise came right through the walls. They are renting out rooms that aren't finished from construction and not really suitable to stay in. The doors weren't even all numbered, ours included; they also stuck and were really hard to open. There was a huge, gross stain on the bed. The lamp shade was all busted up. There was no mirror in the bathroom.
3.4
The location was very close to the historic district, and while the motel was under renovation, the staff went out of their way to make things comfortable.
The dust from construction.

Location was great. Late check in up to 12am, awesome
Room had a Roach infestation. Floors dirty and bathroom not clean. Water pressure was poor. Had a non smoking room but room smelled like a smoking room. I'd say not worth the money

The unit under upgrades. Can tell they are making improvements.
Missed having a coffee pot.
I might have found a better deal that I saw after arrival.

Great location, very close to downtown, room was comfortable and clean.

We stay here every time we come to St. Augustine
Everything was great

Always friendly staff to greet you. They have been updating the beds, and the bathrooms, and it looks great. Our door was a bit shoddy, but we didn't leave anything valuable in the room. I believe they are updating the doors as well. Some looked better than ours.
We didn't "not" like anything. Everything was what we expected, as this is always our go to booking when in St. Augustine. I would love a small coffee maker in the room, but that's just me as I love coffee in the morning. It was close to the restaurant "Sunday's", so I had my coffee there instead.
