Beautiful location! Close enough to the center without being in the chaos of it all. There is a great golf cart “taxi” that will pick you up and drive you back. It was called “Tide Rides” They were doing some construction by the outdoor pool but it didn’t effect any use of the pool. Plenty of seats and shade if you want it!
I was disappointed the hot tub is still advertised however it has been filled it, there is no longer a hot tub.

The room was very clean. Indoor and outdoor pool options were great. Location was good too, just a short walk to downtown and the beaches.
The room was supposed to have a private deck, but it had fallen off. This information was not made clear through Booking.com. Breakfast was minimal.

Basic and clean. Friendly staff.
Missing a few basic items like bath soap and box of tissues.

Le comfort, l'accueil, la grandeur de la chambre, la propreté, les équipements, la literie, les serviettes, le balcon....tout était impeccable.
Nous savions à l'avance que les 2 piscines étaient fermées. Alors tout était parfait.

Big rooms with great bathroom and good kitchen facilities and a huge king size bed
The bed on one side is about 6 inches {or 150mm) off the wall and it’s so small a gap it’s almost impossible to to walk down it so you have to climb over the bed to get into it plus there’s no nightstand on that side. Great if you’re a single traveler but not so great if you’re a double. Also the bed sounds like you’re on a drum which bangs when you walk on the floor or move in the bed. Floor must be on a raised type flooring but the noise sounds like a kettle drum. Other than that the room was great,

i love that it is in front if the beach and you can just cross the “river” walking or by kayak/ paddle depending on the tide. we always bring our paddle so no trouble to park and easy access to the beach.

room and breakfast was good. room was clean.
called twice for fresh towels and toilet paper. I had to take off cleaners cart at 5:00 so we could get ready for dinner. This was Tuesday after labor day weekend. The hotel was empty but they continued to clean empty rooms before taking care of there guests.

Location and the amenities
Front desk staff was not great especially when checking in. The light fixtures had dead critters and cobwebs.
4.1
Location was good and room was clean and mostly comfortable. Was quiet at night. Pool and other shared areas were upkept well.
The advertising with distance to the ocean is slightly misleading. The distance may be correct, however it is not very accessible. You would have to swim across the river in between the hotel and the ocean or wade thru muck and water at low tide to reach the ocean. The backside of the hotel is unkempt and littered with debris, old construction materials and the siding that is no longer attached to the building. The bed was not level making your feet elevated requiring extra pillows to keep head higher.

Great location find with breakfast! Bikes & kayaks available for renting. 3 small cottages & a suite near the dunes. Unexpected find!

I liked the staff, location, overall appearance, and cleanliness.
That it said the room would have a tub and did not.

Staff at checkin personable. Beds were very comfortable.
It was published that there was a continental breakfast-- there wasn't. We were told it wasn't there yet & it never was. Also, advertised an indoor pool. It wasn't open. These were the 2 main reasons that we chose the resort. There was no discount offered. Don't know if just early in the season or what.

Close to beaches and restaurants, updated walk in shower with new flooring in bathroom! Kitchenette in room, comfortable bed, good sheets!
some dings on wall and items could be fixed windows were painted shut

Great location, decent breakfast. Close to the town center.
No fault of the hotel but the place was pretty empty... felt like we were almost the only ones there. Summer season would probably be great here.
4.1
Great location, room very clean and large.
The staff was nice and accommodating.
The indoor pool is very poorly maintained, the water was cold and the space also not heated.

location
The indoor pool was freezing and low on water. The filter was not working and the water was stagnant. Online it showed they had a hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub was empty. Also, the bed was too hard and the pillows were too flat.

The desk clerk was not friendly. The room was a bit dingy, the smoke alarm was beeping, the coffee maker didn’t work, it smelled of cigarette smoke, the breakfast was minimal.

Well appointed suite with ocean views. Kayaks available with an easy launch spot.

The continental breakfast was a great start of our day and the room itself overlooked the pool.
