Will never stay at this location again

I did not like anything this trip. I’ve stayed there in the past, and I will not stay there again.

Having to pass by prostitutes, pimps, and customers of the prostitutes, was scary, degrading, and disgusting. I’m sure the workers there know all about it, and the police know all about it. I did not like that there was no elevator. Apparently, in the past I’ve always stayed on the first floor. I had to walk back-and-forth pass the pimps every time I wanted to go to my car to my room.

There was no breakfast. The rooms are spacious thought dated. It has basics of what I need for one night. It was quiet at night. The air conditioning work nicely.

Some of the occupants looks sketchy. Wish there was shampoo provided.

Never Again will stay here

Room smelled like cigarrettes. Homeless outside. Toilet was plugged. The A/C heater did not work. Broken blinds in bathroom.

Too many roaches, room 121

Location

The multiple roaches seen in my room 121 near and on the refrigerator. They were seen crawling out from under the floor boards so we put towels. We kept all the lights on. I took pictures. I also didn't like the office clerk didn't show any remorse nor did he offer a discount. He said he would note it down.

My stay was UNREAL!I honestly didn't sleep one BIT.

I Stayed at this location before and was looking forward to staying again.

The room had tiny coat roaches crawling the floor from the moment I checked in.I wasn't bothered until around midnight two mice ,or slightly larger ran circles in my room joining the disgustingly larger roaches! I called the office and asked for ,"HELL"!I wS hung up on and told ,"there's nothing that can be done tonight."I asked for a completely different room and got the phone slammed in my face from the other end(the office staff)!

Quick drive to San Francisco from here.

They didn't provide coffee in the room or in the lobby. No shampoo or conditioner. And we got stuck in a room beside people who blared their music obnoxiously loud late into the night and again early in the morning.

Floors were uneven. Toilet would not flush completely. Front desk was absent an authority to address an attempted cancellation.

Price and AC worked great!

Not clean, tub was grimey, towels didn’t appear clean, no washcloths given, Wi-Fi didn’t work, bathroom was in front of room (had window with mini blinds), you are able to hear and see others as they walk by room from bathroom, walls very thin, able to hear pretty much everything from rooms on both sides, mattresses were too big for base they were laying on so they slid easily.

the Proper service is too bad. Room 141 allotted for us but room gas multiple issues. 1. Wifi Not Working 2. Water Clogging at Bathtub 3. Refrigerator not Working 4. wifi Not working 5. No Phone Signal inside Room. 6. Water Licking from Air-con 7. Location is Not Safe at all , too many Outsiders inside the Property 8. Lack of Car Parking. Hardly got a space for One Car after waiting outside for 1.5 hrs so, Overall my stay is worst and I need my full money back as refund..
