San Rafel

After driving all day, it was nice to be welcomed at check in with friendly and helpful staff. The made to order omelets and all the other breakfast foods to choose from. We only stayed one night and everything was great.

Great stay in a well kept modern hotel with one security issue

Very clean modern rooms with a large amount of space. Great breakfast options, great parking that feels safe. Very nice staff. Great indoor atrium space surrounded by five floors of rooms. The entire hotel had a very modern theme used throughout the property.

The connecting door that opens to an adjacent room was unlocked on our side. That is a security issue. The reason I checked was because you can easily hear the people next door who were making a lot of noise. Cleaning staff should check to make sure those are locked when not in use.

Dirty, awful experience.

Location was great and rooms are a great size

Room was dirty. We walked in and found a dirty sock on the floor in the front room. Spare blanket was covered in hair and was so old it was rough. Pool had poop floating in it. We alerted the front desk and even scooped it out ourselves. We went down an hour later and people were still swimming so no one did anything about it. My daughters went down and asked the front desk for more towels (we were given 4 for 6 people). They told them they ‘only had one left’. Overall such a bad experience and bummed because we planned on booking another night in a few weeks to take a quick beach trip.

1st time fine. 2nd time scam. Never again

The hotel was decent when I stayed the first time but when I had to cancel due to illness they refused to refund me. Lost opportunity for them.

Room was noisy and smelled terrible. Window had no screen - so could not open without bugs flying in. Food service was terrible. Slow and cold. Lobby smells like chlorine. Room furniture was awfull. Never stay here again. Rip off.

Really unsanitary and there were vagrants coming into the lobby taking advantage of the breakfast.

Breakfast was good

The toilet had pubic hair trimmings all over it. When the house cleaning staff came to clean it (25 minutes after the call to to the front desk) the house cleaner used her same cleaning hand to let herself out of our room-further contaminating our door knobs. Very unsettling.

Clean, quiet hotel conveniently located off US 101.

Excellent location, close to SF without having to stay in SF. Clean, quiet room and comfortable bed. Spacious suite with separate bedroom. Convenient breakfast with good choice of food.

Pillows kept going flat. Not enough/ choice of coffee pods for coffee maker.

Die Qualität unseres Zimmers war gut. Die Ausstattung entsprach den Standards. Das Frühstücksangebot bewerten wir als positiv. Es gab eine Auswahl an Speisen. Die Präsentation des Buffets könnte hier und da verbessert werden. Es wurde frisches Obst angeboten.

Es erschien uns ungewöhnlich, dass für einen ganz normalen Parklplatz am Hotel von den Gästen eine Gebühr in Höhe von 15$/Tag erhoben wurde. Es erinnert uns an die Kalkulation der Fluggebühren, bei denen zusätzliche Gebühren z.B. für eine Sitzplatzreservierung erhoben werden.

Just ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price

Layout, elevator, breakfast, pool. Good concept, loved having a suite so we could hang out after kids went down.

Ac was terrible and air felt very stuffy/dirty. Woman at check in was not friendly. Room service delivered our food to another room and we had to call an hour later to check on it.

convenient but we were glad to get out of this hotel.

toilet was terrible, very low with cheap loose toilet seat. very difficult to even reach toilet paper and almost impossible to get up off the toilet unassisted it was so low. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone over 60 or over weight. I also felt a few bites on my back in the morning.

it was convenient to the attractions around Marin County. The restaurant food was great and we enjoyed the pool and workout room. The staff was friendly and prompt. Great group to serve our family reunion.

Great for transit and we may use again

We only stayed on night in transit and the hotel was perfect for that. The room was large and quiet and the meals were fine. Considering the price, it seems a good package

was very nice place and great staff.

I found a bed bug on my bed. I didn’t complain or make a deal about it because I was only able to find the one which I killed. inspected my entire bed and sheets and wasn’t able to locate another so I kept it on the down low . embassy, please clean bedding and check for bed bugs before giving out a room! . I’d stay again in a heartbeat though! I’m not a big complainer unless i really really need to.
