Fabulous staff and location

The rooms were very clean and comfortable We enjoyed dinner at spotted dog too

expensive but worth every penny for the beds.

Oh my word the beds! like sleeping on a cloud!!

Very expensive. £400 per night. awful drain smell comes up the plug hole when you run the sink tap.

Ok to stay since it’s close to Zion. Don’t worth the price.

Location

Facility is old. Phone rang twice in the middle of the night for no reason. AC started suddenly very loudly. Bathroom is very small.

Worth it!!!

Rooms was amazing, quality everything. Staff was friendly. Location was great. Loved the Hoo Doo market super close by and the Mexican restaurant across the street.

Fantastic location, great accommodation with great facilities

A great location and a lovely setting overall. Flanagans offer additional free benefits like yoga and learning more about the native Americans culture. Also small things like the towels are beautifully soft and you get actual mugs not plastic / polystyrene cups which creates a sense of homeliness and helps the environment

Lighting in the room - we could have done with a bit more light in the reading area. Also the ac unit should be configured so it turns off when you are not in the room

Will definitely return!

The location is perfect. Bus Stop #3 to the Zion mountains! The Breakfast Buffet at the Spotted Dog is wonderful and caters to GF. We dined at “our table” every evening. The pool was clean and inside a private double gated fence. We loved walking the maze on the hill and stargazing from the yoga platform. We were amazed to see the Milky Way!

Financially we had no choice but to use the pull-out couch. Made for a crowded room with very little walk space, but we managed.

The place for Zion NP

Great location for a visit at Zion National Park. Nice setting of the buildings, the pool and the Yoga locations. Exceptional restaurant on the premises.

Tranquil Resort Close to Zion Entrance

Great location, facilities and had all the needed amenities. Great that the washer and dryer was free!

My neighbors didn't adhere to the 10 pm quiet time and sounds did carry from room to room and from the room's patio area, so I had to put in ear plugs. I understand that people want to socialize on vacation so, while it was a but annoying, I also didn't want to make a big deal.

great location, comfy beds. Everything was fine but not worth the price.

excellent location, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds.

Tiny bathroom, room was not as clean as it could have been. Very expensive for the quality of the accommodations. with tax it was nearly $500 per night for a three star hotel.

Comfortable days at Zion National Park

The rooms were very comfortable and with easy access to Zion National Park. The hotel also offers great views from the mountains around town and there is a good spa and a hot tub available for guests.

During low season there is no restaurant or breakfast available at the hotel. The showers were also a little bit difficult to use, and a couple of the rooms are really close to the road, which might be a problem for some guests.
