Location I close proximity to the concert.
The breakfast buffet was not good at all. It was the worst sausage I had ever tasted and there was really no items to choose from.

was pleastantly surprised in the room size and cleanliness. was there for my son who is attending Kings College perfect location and when we checked in the lobby could not have been friendlier or more accomodating
it is a little dated but other than that nothing.

I love the restaurant, the Oyster Bar. this has outstanding food. I love the location. it is a block from the FM Kirby center and we walk to concerts while staying there.
I am still getting used to people not working anymore, but I still do not like no housekeeping done every day. I read that we could empty our own garbage ?! or request fresh towels.
I really miss the old days of housekeeping service.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The facility was decorated beautifully for the Holidays. The cleanliness of the room, the size of the room, all of the amenities!!
2.5 / 5.0
The location was as close to the Kirby centre as we could get.
It was far and away the most overpriced hotel we stayed in on our trip. The hotel is extremely dated and tired. It is dark and dank. The room size is smallish. The bathrooms tight. If the rates had been perhaps half what we were charged it would have been passable but to pay the rate we did (more than a modern hotel room in central Philly) was quite a shock.

The front staff manager was very friendly and took care of our late check-in.
The breakfast was freshly made and delicious!

location was close to event center. the front desk person on the evening we checked in was phenomenal. whatever he’s paid it probably isn’t enough. best front desk person I’ve ever encountered.
felt very lax with access to rooms by anyone. actually was approached for handout at elevator by someone not staying at hotel. there was nothing to keep them from accessing any/all of the guest floors. had to change rooms once due to noise on floor and issues with disrepair in room.

Chef Tony's breakfast ensemble was amazing, easily the highlight of my stay. He takes considerable pride in his morning creations, additionally he greets and directs each guest when they enter...a nice accommodating touch. He adds terrific value to the hotel.
It is an old city hotel, to fully renovate would cost millions.

A great selection. Everything was kept hot. The food was delicious.
Nothing specific.

They accommodated my dog. check in staff was the most helpful, friendliest staff person I have ever encountered at a check in. He personally showed me where our theater was that we were going to, explained the parking procedures very well, and provided recommendations for restaurants nearby. He anticipated all my questions before I even asked. I travelled a lot with my job and have never experienced someone so friendly and helpful.
