Needs soundproofing

Location was good close to the 81.staff were friendly

No soundproofing so heard everything thru very thin walls. We have stayed in better Courtyards by Marriott. Mattress was too soft for my liking

Was not informed during check in that rooms are NOT cleaned on a daily basis but on a third day stay

Don't ask for individual person's credit card information for incidentals then charge one person's credit card for it without immediate resolve of the matter. I was charged for 6 rooms for incidentals when each family member of 5 other rooms credit card info was taken and received.

we stayed for my daughters softball tournament, then went skiing . only 20 minutes from montage mountain. lots of places

Fantastic location!!!

I loved the location of this hotel! The room size was fantastic and the front desk service was super helpful and friendly!! Parking was easy to find and it was quiet our entire stay! We used this hotel to go to the Lantern festival and it was in a great location to it!

I was a little upset to see a stain on our comforter. I was hoping the comforter would be replaced when it is clearly stained. I was also very disappointed that our room was never cleaned the day after we were there. For example we arrived on Friday and left on Sunday. On Saturday our room was not cleaned (no fresh towels or bed made). For the amount of money we spent to stay there, we could’ve at least had our room cleaned.

The room was clean and cozy. The large TV was a huge bonus! Bed was soft and made for a good nights sleep. Bathroom was large and spacious and the shower was great! Super clean and amazing staff!
