The hotels location was convenient and close to everything. There was plenty of parking around the building. Check out was quick and easy. Room was nice size.
We were checked in and went to the room only to find someone else's belongings in there, so we went back and they sent us to another room. That is worrisome to think anyone could be sent to your room on accident. The elevator jerked around so violently/ suddenly that is caused us to almost fall every time it went up. Breakfast, the coffee was empty at 830am nobody around to fill it. Microwave in room didn't work and the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though we booked non smoking. Bed was uncomfortable, not made and only given super thin blanket, thin as a sheet.

The bed and linens were comfortable. Room was spacious.
The floor has a dirty film that discolored my socks. I was afraid to be barefooted.
There was a small kitchen but no coffee maker (you had to go downstairs between 6an and 9am for coffee).

the property was filthy, run down and the TV did not work. It appears as if people use this hotel as a place to live while being displaced.
Rugs are not vacuumed, see photo..trash in the hall, broken screen windows. Do not choose the worst hotel.

Didn't have breakfast.
All good

My first night was a cold one, considering the heater was not working and no one was available at the front desk. Morning came around I called the front desk and was able to get a new room only after maintenance said he couldn’t fix it. The rooms just felt out dated with a smell that wasn’t too bad but also wasn’t good. Lots of things needed to be renovated like the bathroom wall was missing a piece and the heater etc. I think it’s also kind of scary to see a mouse trap right upon entering the hotel but, hey got to keep them out right. I recommend they keep the staff at the front desk at night instead of in the back room. Looked good online, price wasn’t too bad! But, it all wasn’t worth it and wouldn’t come back here again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The staff were amazing!
The building needs HGTV to go there and give it a makeover cause it desperately needs one.

Had wait over half hour for room
Ready as they were still cleaning when I arrived. Nothing to eat breakfast

Breakfast was good for holding us over till lunch. The staff, especially Felicia, were all so friendly and professional.
There were people hanging out in front of the lobby with all their belongings. That isn't the staff's fault, but I didn't feel comfortable walking with my 2 yr old granddaughter. I don't think they were guests of the hotel.

Special shout out to Mrs Amanda Jones for being heaventsent and having the hugest heart that genuinely cares about the human race as a whole. Thank you so much for greeting us with the biggest most friendly smile and going the extra mile to make sure our room was prepped correctly. This was the most comfortable and friendly greeting we have ever encountered. You definitely made us feel welcomed and at home. Your the best Amanda!!!!

plenty space
water from the tank was licking one night . It was not water running from the kitchen counter top. Dont have a Blow drier in the bathroom neither wanted to give one . horrible place to stay!! never again . AC was acting up .

There was very friendly staff between Anthony and Amanda.
I specifically asked for a non-smoking room but as soon as we entered it reeked of smoke and they were all booked up so we couldn’t be switched to another double room unfortunately. There could’ve vern more variety for breakfast, atleast some yogurt or fruit.

staff was friendly
Room was dirty. The kitchenette had zero utensils or dishes. It says breakfast included but it was just a granola bar or muffin.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet, with good coffee in the morning. I could see what some meant in the reviews about outdated decor, but I thought the flooring was a nice touch which nicely offset the outdated parts. I slept great!!! Thank you for a safe peaceful overnight stay.
The night staff who checked me in seemed irritated - for example reading out all the rules to follow (regarding check-out, no candles or cigarettes and what would happen if I light up, etc). I don't even smoke. They spoke to me as if I was going to break rules or something when I am a 48 yr old professional. It did not deter me from staying here though.
3.1
clean and quiet
only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t see my car from my room
3.1
location
that it was more like a drug hotel then a family oriented hotel. I was worried about staying there
3.1
The room had ample space to spread out.
The bathroom and shower could have been cleaner a cabinet door in the kitchenette was broken.
3.1
Toilet wouldn’t flush and then was flowing over, exhaust fan when you turned on bathroom light made terrible loud sound, curtains needed repair.
