good location for where I needed to be
where to start? I booked a king room with a sofa bed. They gave me room 356, it was quite roomy, but didn’t have a couch. I called the front desk, she said give her a few minutes (Indian lady) i call almost 30 minutes later and no answer. finally me and my husband walk to the front and there is a new young lady at the front. I explained that I paid extra for the sofa bed (we had our 3 daughters with us) and she had no knowledge of the situation at all, apparently the lady before her got off and said nothing to her. so the young lady looks online she said there’s one available, 356, I explained to her that was the room we were in and there was no couch in there. I remained calm didn’t get irate, things happen. I asked her if there was a cot or something she explained there wasn’t. she then brought us out 4 blankets.. my husband laid on the floors, while me and the girls laid on the bed. I was told to go talk with the manager at 7 am. I go in there at 7 am and the front desk lady (new young one morning shift) tells us it’s the weekend and the manager doesn’t come in til later “whenever she wants”. I checked out at 815 am because we had Cheer competition. we were there with about 7 other rooms as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The room had a kitchen where meals could be prepared, food stored, and a refrigerator.
The room was not nice and comforting. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were not comfortable. The queen size bed in our room only had three unfortable pillows. The hotel really has no breakfast. A granola bar and packaged muffins are not breakfast. I tried at least to get coffee but the coffe containers were empty. Instead of being on the lookout the ladies that were working were just busy yapping about what they were talking about instead of asking if I needed help or coffee. I just threw away the cups and walked out.

The old staff is good but the new manager is hard to work with
She is only efficient when it comes to money but not when it comes to feelings that needs to be done around as far as maintenance doors being locked replacing the proper equipment in the room and cheeks and tire service also not enough pots and pans when required also a breakfast combinations are not always there

Honestly I was really disappointed.
When I got there my information hadn't been received from Booking.com. They had to find a room to accommodate me. It just got off to a bad start. The room didn't look like I pictured it would. The sink had food in it. The bathtub had hair in it. It wasn't cleaned properly. Had to ask for the amenities that normally come with a room that has a kitchenette. The coffeemaker that was given for my use, didn't work at all. This turned out to be a very unpleasant stay.
