It’s a weekend gateway

The location of the property was perfect

To start I booked a room for 3 adults there was only enough linen for 2. When I asked the front desk I was told I have to get a trash bag, collect and bring down the dirty linen and they would wash it. Still wasn’t solving the problem of it not being enough for the 3rd person. Secondly breakfast included was advertise when booking which was false the only thing offered to guest was coffee/hot chocolate and packs of oatmeal. As far as cleanliness, the room was fair but the shower had soap scum from previous guest stays and the counter tops were sticky. The same of the room was perfect. No trash cans were located in the room for trash. There were 2 queen beds one bed was comfy but the other bed was very springy(uncomfortable).

The conditions were so deplorable that I did not stay. I found a hotel elsewhere. The hotel was dirty, smelly, staff appeared uninterested, the TV didn't work.

People being loud during quiet time. No trash bin in room only in bathroom. No cooking utensils, silverware or plates in room at all. They definitely house low income families. Blanket was thin as paper.

Despite what other reviews stare, the staff for me were very attentive. Location was good for the event I attended. The rooms were not too bad, I've stayed in worse.

The Friday we got there, they had no Wi-Fi no cable and we couldn't even get local channels. I was not happy at all. Now I haven't received my deposit of 100.00 back, can I get that please and Thank u.

The shower didn't work, the hallway smelled like old seafood, the tub was dirty, the room was cold even with the heat on

The staff was friendly and respectful.It was very clean.

We wasn't updated on the fact that the building was under construction. Another thing is that the first night we had no keys but by the morning the problem was fixed.

it’s close to the airport!.

it’s old, run-down, and in disrepair. While warned of quiet hours, there were people yelling in the halls all night.
