Bookings.con fixed it and I had a nice stay but the room smelled a bit

i arrived at 12:3-1:30 am prebooked and had to wait 45-60 mins for someone to come to the front desk i called and called yelled for someone and nobody was there after 45-60 mins a man came in saying me was checkin the parking lot to make sure nobody was breaking in cars but there was no sign or note just an empty front desk... very furiation as i just got in from airport and needed sleep because i had to see my cancer radiaton dr at 6 am and had to be up by 5 am and i only booked the room so i wouldnt have to drive home sleep an hr and com eback to tampa for dr appt... total waste of time and money to stay at the hotel. very infuriating pre booking and having to wait at counter 45-60 mins for someone to let me in

Great location. Needed a room for an extra early flight out of Tampa International

There were dogs in the hotel that were barking. Pest control services need improvement as we had roaches in our room. Bathroom shower had a drippy faucet. Floors/carpet need cleaning.

EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SUITES TAMPA AIRPORT. DO NOT STAY THERE IF YOU GO ON VACATION.

Absolutely nothing....

The hotel lobby was dirty. The room smelled musty. The blanket on the bed was stained, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and there were roaches in my son's room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone going.on vacation. The hotel is also set up to accommodate displaced persons sent there by the state of Florida.

the room don’t get cleaned. you have to ask for towels and paper toilet from the front . staff not as friendly. I feel they are being bothered when asked for things .

they don’t like reservation through booking.com My reservation was ignored, and rooms were overbooked. I found that the reserved room was given to someone else around 10 PM. I was forced to stay in a single bed room with a family of four but they charged the same price. I was shocked by the irresponsible attitude and answers of the front desk staff. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone (if you want to stay there, don’t go through the booking.com per front desk staff).

very disappointed, i used to stay in otger stay of america hotels and it was nice. this one got me very overwhelmed.

everything was dirty. the hallways, the rooms. the room we got had a condom bag in the night table, there was a open soap in the bathroom, the floor was dirty, the kitchen was dirty. I found food, kitchen cabinet was dirty with rice and garbage, spider web, floor dirty, windows dirty, tv dirty and finger prints. second room we got under the beds we found hair, shoes, dirty socks and end up buying inflatable mattresses. it was too late to change hotels. the smell there it was awful. looks like a lot of people uses that hotel to live there. also it said there was included breakfast and there was no breakfast available. i felt very uncomfortable. i would like to get my money back because I paid a lot of money for a very poor hygiene environment.
