liked the location and spaciousness of the apartment
Although expensive, they seem to try and save on everything, starting with minute bottles of shampoo (which are not replenished), no detergent for the washing machine, sink or a complementary kit for the coffee machine. The worst though is, that they don’t clean /change towels on a daily basis; they only come once a week and that’s a big deal. If you want extra cleaning, extra fee. If you want to park your car, extra fee!

Perfect location, and spaciousness of the 2 bedroom townhouse we booked. Good value.
Needs renovation of interiors.
Noise from the street.
Weak lighting in bedrooms.

Location and staff
I booked a 2 bedroom premium townhouse and I was given a suite instead ! i was disappointed but they handled the situation and apologized explaining that the townhomes are closed for renovations.
The question is:
Why list the townhomes on booking.com if they are closed? And why wasn’t I informed before check in?? I booked two weeks before arrival expecting that I will stay in the townhome! I was very disappointed !

(1) Very easy to park my rented car. Very easy to pick it up too. No need for valet, which is really great to me. (2) People from front desk and people from cleaning provide great service, and are very kind and attentive all the time.
(1) The safe inside my unit. Sometimes it wouldn't open. Had to call maintenance two times. He said the safe would be replaced but it was not. My father at his 416 unit had the same problem. We decided not to use the safes and it was frustrating. (2) We should have an extra bad at the PH6 as requested before check in, but it wasn't there when we arrived. Then they sent us something unusable as a bad and we had to wait for days to have a proper single bad for my kid, because they told us they had to wait for a decent extra bad to be returned from a leaving guest...So they don't have the extra bad they sell...My brother was more lucky and had a good extra bad from day one, while my kid had to sleep with me and my wife for 3 days. Very frustrating...

The townhouse was a bit dark in the day despite having huge windows.

location and clean
some fixtures not working properly, something wrong with the window, water from rain seeping in and wet the carpet near window

This place was the perfect place to stay in Los Angeles for a long term (2 weeks). We loved it! The apartment is spacious, with well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, with very comfy beds and pillows. also, plenty of storage. We loved it, it was so comfortable for the four of us.
The location is the best part, just one street form Rodeo Drive, 200m from a Whole Foods supermarket and 5 min walking distance from everything fancy in the area.
Only one cleaning in a week, witch is not a problem, but there is no enough space to store the garbage. Emptying the trash would be nice more than once a week.

Location was great and layout of duplex very good. Kitchen well equipped.
We stayed 11 nights....and only got housekeeping ONCE!!! Only changed sheets once, lightly cleaned, but said that they were not allowed to clean the bathrooms. Wow! So I asked for some cleaners so I could do it myself...they would not do that either. Response of reception: people buy those themselves! Staying in that place, where I had to clean/make beds each day myself but pay full price was uncomfortable and in the end filthy.
