Merveilleux

La premiere chambre N'était pas a notre gout aucune fenetre on a demande une chambre cote mer pour $200.00 U.S. de plus on a eu une merveilleuse chambre cote mer c'était merveilleux retourne je demanderais tout de suite cote mer, pour le reste tout etait merveilleux

Comme j'ai dit je prendrais une chambre cote mer

Great way to celebrate the Fourth of July and our anniversary.

It was on the beach with an ocean view. The beds were perfect for us. The room was clean and actually exceeded our expectations for the price. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. The pizza shop inside the hotel is an added bonus.

The doors are very hard to open and close and the balcony sliding door sticks.

It’s an okay place to stay, in addition to above statement, there was people smoking weed on property even when it’s sup

The view of ocean

Being too close to the airport, the constant airplanes and helicopter tours taking off is real annoying when you’re trying to have a relaxing vacation. The ghetto ice cream truck with its annoying music sticking around too long. Lastly, room did not get cleaned when you have maid service tag on door to clean.

Room was good but everything else was horrible

Easy access to beach

Pool nasty, elevator hall ways nasty, had to ask for pool to be opened 2 hours late than when they were supposed to be open, not enough towels and rags had to ask for them and room only had microwave and fridge for a ocean view room the pizza place on 2nd floor smells absolutely horrible we went to get ice cream from there it smelled so bad I thought I was good be sick and everything is 15 minutes from hotel staff also didn’t listen to do not disturb sign and the person above our room was loud all night long couldn’t get any sleep staff were also loud and inconsiderate of people trying to sleep past 8am with yelling in the hall

Friendly staff, clean room, walk in shower, beachside + very short walk (<100 steps) to the beach, directly acroos the street from a bar, not in the center of everything so the beach wasnt overly crowded.

Mattress was very firm compared to what im used to, and pillows were small and very soft (needed 3). Not a big deal, just a preference thing.

It was a good location

The manager accused us of smoking on the balcony. Don't know what her issue was but she is definitely not management material. Left early still haven't received a refund and got no apology from her when the men at the front desk confirmed that there was no way it could have been coming from my room. Considering we literally just walked up the stairs not even 5min before she went to accusing us of these accusations.

During my stay at Tropical Seas Hotel an unauthorized employee from the hotel staff entered our room on 12/31/2022 after we left the room. I did not request housekeeping because we bought our own towels and sheets from home. We left the hotel from 2:30 pm to about 7 pm. Before we left I put the tag on the front door Do not Disturb. When we returned to the room the sign was flipped over to housekeeper needed. Our room key did not work. We went to the front desk to advise them that someone was in our room and asked them if they gave our room to someone else. They replied no. And reprogrammed the key. We went back to the room to open the door and it sounded like someone had the door latch on the door, the door turned green but it wouldn't open. We went back to the front desk to advise them that someone was in the room with the door latch on. We was able to get Harman the desk clerk to come up to the room with us. Then the door opened. When we got back in the room the tv was on. We did not watch the TV before we left the room so I know someone was in the room. I noticed our paper towel roll was wet and we did not use or touch the paper towel roll at all on 12/31/2022. So I know for a fact that someone was just in the room. I advised the front desk and they said we need to wait until 1/1/2023 and speak to house keeping. I was advised that the manager Robin could review the security footage on 1/2/2023. On 1/1/2023, our checkout day I threw away all of the opened drinks, food & toothbrush in the bathroom because I'm not sure what the hotel employee did while they were in our room. I called on 1/2/2023 and 1/3/2023 and left a message for the Manager to give me a call. I have not received a call back from the hotel Manager.

was a nice stay, very quite and peaceful. just didn’t like the housekeeper rushing me out the room at check out time

it was very clean and nicely set up for us. it was my birthday trip I must say the people was nice as well.

I had a problem with the housekeeper knocking on my door at 11:00 am I know it was check out time, I told her to give me a few minutes she came back and knocked again. she gave me a horrible time. it was like she was rushing us out of the room, me knowing this wasn’t the only room she had she could’ve went and clean another room. I stayed there a week. I was gone give her a tip but I didn’t because she messed that up for herself.
