fair

close to the beach and to restaurants etc it was very close to my daughters basketball tournament

i didn’t like that the room had roaches, the shower didn’t have warm water you had to wait 5-10 min for the hot water to come out. the shower was so small and the curtain was not durable that the water would just fall out to the floor and once i was out the shower there was a puddle.it smelled nasty coming up the stairs. the wifi wouldn’t work once i got it to finally connect it was so damn slow

very good value and felt pretty safe here with my own private balcony essentially since nobody was in the other room

pretty much had the whole top level to ourselves and it was very nice for the price

no elevator to carry luggage up and the staircase to get up was a narrow spiral staircase that was very steep but they also had another set of regular stairs to get in from the other side

Location and affordability.

Took over an hour to get checked in! There was no staff there to check me and several other guest in. The rooms where dirty and in need of maintenance! The beds where very uncomfortable. The balcony door wouldnt lock and could see daylight of all sides of the door frame. Room was very grimy.

I didn't go to breakfast there wasn't breakfast at this location

The heat wasn't working properly it was ROAHES in the Room I didn't not get sleep up killing bugs the bed was making noise while I moved or slept on it no hot water the floor was dirty and the Bathroom was not acceptable it was pubic hair left in the shower I was not happy at all had to change my location

You get what you pay for sometimes. I knew I was looking for cheap. I was fine with it. The location was key. View of the water was prime! Clean room was okay. This is an older building so give that credit was credit is due! Cleaning outside around the property, trash in the stairs was my only eye sore.

Location...price

Room wasn't as clean as it first appeared...refrigerator didn't get cold enough.....no elevator....and roaches showed up on our last day there. Pictures of their hotel are very misleading. Ice machine was broken. You have to check in at Days Inn next door. Decided to go ahead and pay extra for a better room for our next trip.

It was cool but I wouldn’t come back.

The room looked exactly like In the pictures

I didn’t like how the remote didn’t work to the tv, it takes 10-15 minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower and the rooms didn’t have any towels or wash cloths In the bathroom. Going up the stairs it stinks real bad due to trash piling up on the trash can and around it.

The photos on the website looked nothing like the room we were given. The phone had some kind of black stuff all over it. The bathroom door and trim were rotted.

I requested 2nd floor, I got first floor and it was designated for handicap people called access room, the view was the pool not the beach, room was so unclean and saw many bugs, light in the room was bad, A/C was bad, internet kept disconnecting kitchen was incredibly not clean and the breakfast was very limited, attitude of the employees was horrible nothing in the hotel is good and nothing I liked in this hotel, I had to keep the curtain close all the time because the room was facing the pool

My stay

I liked the location.

I didnt like the fact my toilet ran most of the time. I didnt like the humidifier we had to.change it. In order to get "fresh" towels we had to bring the.diry ones to the office. The bed squeeked everytime you moved.

Location is the only good thing about this place

The room was dirty there was no hot water and when I mentioned it to staff they did nothing. The AC was broken and overall it was a pretty bad experience

Pleasant

Pool area was clean and maintained. Room was big and had most everything we needed. Location was great. Nice and quiet with less traffic.

The Wi-Fi never connected. The shower ran out of hot water and had zero pressure. The beach shower is better than the room one. The doorknob to the balcony was just hanging by one screw.

You get what you pay for.

the bed was surprisingly comfortable. everything else needs an upgrade.

No elevator. Had to walk next door to check in. Right before checking out, while we were walking stuff down to the car, the cleaning lady went in our room and stole two of our phone chargers right out of the wall!!!! When we went back up to get the rest of our stuff, they were gone! When we asked about them, she acted like she never seen them. 😡 The front desk and cleaning manager did nothing to help. They questioned her about them, and said if they turn up, they would call me.

the floor was Super dirty. woke up to the bathroom and saw a big cockroach. when checking In had to wait like 6mins for someone to come and check me in. the lobby was empty. when checking out some guy was in the and did not say a word to me he just kept doing paperwork. he didn’t advise me or let anyone know I was there to check out either. once again I had to wait. also they say the pool opens at 9am but the guy was cleaning it at 11am saying the pool was closed until he was Finish
