Do not stay here. It was unpleasant and we were uncomfortable and eager to leave.

The location is reasonably close the downtown Detroit, about 15 minutes by car. The staff were friendly.

My family was very uncomfortable staying here, even for one night. There was an unpleasant smell entering the room and of marijuana smoke in the hallways. Furniture and appliances were dirty and in rough shape. There was a dark stain on the mattress. Our original reservation for a two Queen-bed room was cancelled by the hotel with less than 24 hours notice and we had no option but a room with smaller beds. This property needs sigificant improvement

The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. Once I pulled the sheet off I saw a stained mattress cover and the carpet was filthy

We were short of options so we made the most of it

They were available to rent at 1am in the morning after our flight was cancelled. Staff seemed ok.

The air con was not working in the whole building, it had to be fixed the following morning, there was a kitchen in the room but no plates/cups/cutlery or even the ability to boil a kettle, as a casual observer it seems geared to longer stays possibly even semi permanent residents. Breakfast was apparently included however that was a muffin and to get a hot drink I had to borrow a drip coffee machine from reception ( not ideal for tea ) It felt a little seedy

Stayed as a last minute option; next time willing to pay more for a better stay somewhere else.

Location was good for my reason for staying. Check in was easy. Room easy to locate.

Signage wasn't great so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. Room was dark and outdated. Had a light that was out. Bathroom fan was very loud. Breakfast was not good. Small packaged muffins (dry and no flavor) and granola bars were the option. Floors were dirty in the hallways.

It was one step from great, well be back, updated the Tv selection

Coffee was good and put out at the right time, just need to add bananas to the menu

The tv selection need to be updated, n the Dayton Cinny location we had Netflix and YouTube to watch

my stay was great loved the room but the staff where sour and the elevator didn’t work had to take stairs.

it was clean the room was big like a little apartment.They had muffins and coffee for breakfast.

Room was clean and the staff was very nice. The location was great for shopping.

It was quite loud. The elevators didnt work at the time I stayed which was a bummer. The parking lot was small and needed to be redone.

You have to ask for everything you need the elevator is not operational due to renovations of the hotel was not told to us they only offer coffee tea or a muffin for the grab and go breakfast

I didn’t like the property at all

one entrance was blocked to get in, the building is under construction with no working elevator (we were placed on the top floor), suite kitchen was completely lacking plates, utensils, and pots/pans. room was very dated and not very clean

Superb

Justin is a great dude who helped with the stay and made sure everything was up to par for us. Only minor thing we had was some damage to the room from a previous person or happened during renovation or work and Justin was made aware, took notes and notified everyone that the damage was already there before we arrived and super cool and laid back about it. Very professional and he is the man in charge to run that operation

The location of the hotel to the Henry Ford Museum.

Room was not clean and refrigerator did not work. In addition, I was placed in a queen room instead of a King due to overbooking.
