Good Hotel, top location in Dearborn

Good accommodation, friendly staff, good location, right next to Ford Motors Museum.

Good location, friendly staff, clean, spacious, did not have a chance to try the breakfast.

It seem expensive for what it has to offer in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Good place to stay and well located for my needs.

There is a breakfast that is not so various, but it is enough to grab something and go on with your day activities.

I liked the location, close to the transportation center and close to the Ford museum.

Good price, nice for a one day trip.

The ice cold water in the lobby was nice, also the pillows were really soft! Easy check in/check out. Breakfast wasn’t anything crazy but it’s always nice to have. It was stocked well when we went down at 9am

The view was a bit off putting of the train tracks, which is too be expected but maybe a nicer fence might benefit from it just looking a bit more appealing? Not a deal breaker just stuck out to me.

The bed was really hard and it made it difficult to sleep. Also the pillows were balled up.

Pretty Good

I liked the location near restaurants. The breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioner was very loud. The trash cans on the outside as over flowing and on the ground. The curtains did not cover the window to shut out the morning sun light. This is just a small comment but it would be nice if a face bowl was actually in the bathroom. My last night other occupants was very loud in the hallway until midnight and I couldn’t get to sleep

Location fantastic. Next door to Amtrak. Minutes from The Henry Ford, our reason for coming and downtown Dearborn. Minutes from downtown Detroit.

Great location, relaxing place to visit.

Breakfast was great, loved the variety of food. My daughter loved swimming in the pool.

Bed was a little too soft, I'm used to a firmer bed. Key cards sometimes didn't work for the pool.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well.

The dead racoon outside on the side walk right outside our window-was there the 2 days we were there.

We needed a local hotel due to an emergency and this location exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

We stayed here due to an extended power outage. The facilities were clean and quiet. The internet was incredible. I was able to work from the hotel room with no interruptions. Other local hotels were price gauging due to the storm power outage but Comfort Inn did not.

Note: none of these would prevent me from staying here again. These are petty, but you asked. 1. I enjoy hot showers. The water tempterature was acceptable but I would have liked a hotter shower. 2. There was no fruit at breakfast. 3. The #4 was not illuminated in the elevator. This bothered my husband, for some reason. 4. The back entrance was not locked our first day at the hotel. After that, it was secure and a key card was needed. 5. Wifi and key access card are reset on Mondays but we were unaware of this.

I booked for my 83 year old mother and put my name on the reservation instead of hers and they charged me over 130 dollars extra to change the name. How aweful of them. Very greedy couldn't even work with a customer.

Even if located between a main street and the rails, it was quiet. Ford museum was near by and a bit down the road are some nice Restaurants and bars

It's not the hotel's fault, but when you get out your car and immedeately see/smell some pot-heads, same for the people in the lift, they all have had the Marihuana fragrance, you are concerned about questionable folks around you. But again, this is more a social problem.

It was a great location to work, even though my stay was not for work - weather related.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was glitter everywhere - including in the coffee cups, masking tape on the walls, the window was broken. It was not impressive, but it as late and I was tired and dealt with it.
