Far less pleasant than previous visits

Good location for midtown next to lots of restaurants and other midrange hotels, and hospitals. Close to shopping and entertainment as well. Bed was firm, shower was hot, things were adequately clean. Continental breakfast provided with several options. Staff was polite.

Toilet was clogged upon arrival. Remote was missing from room, Had yucky microfiber sheets instead of Cotten so I was sweating all night & also they seem to retain musty odors from previous guest. Towels were cheap and scratchy.

My worst experience with the staff!

Two nights in this awful hotel and the first one the toilet doesn’t flush nothing! I went downstairs to report it and was a elderly lady that was really rude with me, they sent someone to fix it until the mourning of the next day. Beds are really uncomfortable, my wife and I woke up the 2 mourning with back pain! Honestly I don’t recommend this hotel at all! Please pay a little more for the holiday inn or the Hilton that are in the same location! This have been my worse experience! BTW breakfast are really bad too, the best of it was the bananas!

Disappointed other than with the lovely breakfast.

The breakfast was the best thing about our stay. All of the food was good and the breakfast staff were helpful. The location was also good.

Our toilet was broken, and the shower head was crummy. The bathroom overall was a disappointment and the room we stayed in had a bizarre layout. And the staff didn’t seem to care about our problem with the toilet, although they did try to send someone to fix it at an inconvenient time while we were getting dressed. The bed was also not very comfortable.

The check in was easy and informative. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the stay was pleasant and the value was good.

The complimentary breakfast could have been much better for the price paid for the room.

Hotel breakfast and location was great Lots of restaurant choices in the area Nice park within walking distance Easy access to highway

Some staff was great others not so much Young lady that was at morning desk was not very friendly or professional. She paid more attention to her phone than she did me. When I spoke to her she never even looked at me. She just continued doing whatever it was she was doing on her phone.

GREAT HOTEL

I have stayed at this Choice Hotel before and had to return. It is very clean and the staff is very professional and pleasant. There are restaurants and a little of EVERYTHING around it. Love it. 😊

THE BREAKFAST LOOKED GOOD, WE DID THE QUICK BREAKFAST LIKE A BANANNA, MUFFIN, JUICE, COFFEE BECAUSE WE WAS IN A HURRY EVERY MORNING

The staff on all shifts was very friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

We didn’t do the breakfast, but the coffee was good Everything was in good condition, when we first arrived we knew it was going to be a great stay because it was very clean and smelled good! The room was the same it was very clean smelled good and stocked with plenty towels and products. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a clean and friendly environment, and the location was great it was around every eating place and convenience store you could find😁

We loved everything about this property😁
