Great front desk staff but housekeeping efforts could improve.

Great staff and the bed appeared clean.

The room was a bit dirty. The dining table had a dried sticky substance smeared on it, the carpet was stained and dirty (my socks were filthy by walking on it for only a short time), and the carpet had tacks poking out at the edge near the kitchen.

no towels in the bathroom, short on utensils in the kitchen. front desk staff seemed overwhelmed (the person alone) and ignored by other nearby staff members having a conversation with each other

Pleasant, clean and comfortable.

Close to places to eat and PCC for food, clean kitchen area, and decent size room to spread out in. Windows opened and there was air conditioning for a choice! This was really only a place as a base, not a destination.

Great I will be back.

Staff was very friendly. The amenities were there just had to ask.

More choices for breakfast. I could have been aware of my stove not working. Maybe a bigger TV. Overall it was nice location and amenities.

Pet friendly, decent hotel.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly to my wife who is partially handicapped and to our dog. This is a very friendly dog forward hotel. The $100.00 dog fee was agreeable to us because were staying 5 nights($20.00 per night). Be aware of this fee if staying for a shorter time.

The hotel could use a little upgrading. Some small repairs need to be addressed. The luggage trolley wheels need to be fixed.

Other than the smoke smell, it was fine. Clean and fairly quiet.

I did not have any breakfast.

All motels that are supposed to be non-smoking still smell like cigarettes to me. I'm not sure if it is because the filters on the air units have never been changed, or people sneak smoking in the rooms. Not just your motel, but others do too. This one bothered me while I was trying to get to sleep.

Horrible, scary, ridden with crime

our vehicle was vandalized by disgusting dirty thieves that hang out around there unchecked 24-7

It was clean. We could bring our dog. Refrigerator was a nice bonus.

There were no blankets & the bed was basically covered in the equivalent of 3 sheets. We were also woken by a neighbor’s mobile phone alarm through the wall.

Fantastic Stay

The staff have been exceptional There was even a blink of the eye , only a smile and willingness to accommodate. Even when I needed an Amazon package delivered! Thank you, E.S.-West!!!

Bre was great during check in/out as well as needs during our visit. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to co-workers travelling

The cigarette smell that was constantly in our bathroom. We stayed for one week and the fan had to be on constantly.

Close to what I needed for my stay (work, restaurants, and groceries). Engaging, friendly staff ready to go above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

There are no complaints to list. The facility lives up to all the amenities it boasts and I had no negative interactions or experiences to report.

Easy to get in and out. Great location with lots of nearby restaurants and activities .

The ability to checkout a dish pack and cook my own food. With a full size refrigerator you have plenty of room to stock up on the food you like.

The view from my window. My room over looked the back parking lot. Can't do much about that so l just kept the curtains closed.

This hotel is lovely, comfortable, delicious brkfst, and friendly staff. 100% okay!

Everything! The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was surprisingly extensive and delicious. The bed & linens were perfect.

It was close to the freeway, the staff was really friendly, the rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable.

Won’t stay at this place in the future.

Front desk girl was nice

Smelled really bad. Understaffed, so waiting in lobby for a while before someone sees me. The rooms smelled of smoke that’s covered up in too much Febreze. Questionable people hanging out in the parking lot.
