Right off the freeway, but still pretty quiet.

The breakfast was not very good. No milk for cereal, no regular cream for coffee, area not very clean.

Front staff was a little grumpy. We asked for a blanket and they seemed very inconvenienced. There is a $250 fee charged for incidentals so $450 was taken from our account at check-in. That’s a bit excessive and unnecessary. We signed a swim contract that stated “no parties in the pool area” but they allowed a birthday party to go on while we were there and made the pull PACKED. One of kids puked from the party and they closed 2.5 hours early and the whole reason we came to the hotel was for the kids to swim. We spent more on the hotel and couldn’t even swim during the time we intended.

Very nice! This was our second time staying
Bought drinks and snacks for the pool then they said we couldn’t take them inside the pool area. Should be a sign in the snack room that tells you that.

Booking.com is a scam ! They booked me a room that did not exist at the location. They offered me a refund and never sent it. Gave me the run around for 4 weeks straight. Would not recommend at all !!!!

Policing of the pool even a little would help, maybe you should go back to wristbands. It was quite chaotic, a number of people didn’t seem to actually be staying there just swimming with friends, lots of small children in the hot tub and diving off of it into the pool etc.

Housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful.
The main bed smelled like a chemical or gasoline. the pull out sofa is joke. The springs of the mattress were poking through. The furniture was damaged from overuse. The laundry room only accepted quarters with no option to pay with a card or offer a change machine.
The keycards continually did not work and had to be reset constantly by the front desk staff.

There were large groups of people in the pool without wrist bands, the adults were drinking alcohol and not supervising the kids.

the chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned myself & my children’s eyes soon as you got to the pool area the chlorine burnt your nose it was uncomfortable to swim we had to keep getting out the water to wipe our eyes with the towels me and my children were sick had to get cough & cold medicine from cvs after the pool during our visit. kids coughing & choking & spitting in water while at pool . rude & unprofessional staff . check in isn’t til 4pm swimming pool was closed for 1 hour after we checked in staff inattentive to guest . dirty sheets on pull out sofa. AC under window broken fan doesn’t turn off . AC doesn’t power on had to unplug to stop the cold air .

The pool was amazing for our family of six. It was large enough to accommodate all of the guests and was very kid friendly. Breakfast was also delicious, had plenty of variety, and was kids friendly as well.
The pull out couch was not super comfortable. That was not a surprise though.

I loved the Cleanliness especially when you have kids with you. The ladies who make Breakfast were Very kind and Attentive to my kids as well as my wife and I. The pool was an added pleasure. especially when you don’t have strong swimmers. our Kids Loved it. (twins 7,& a 10 year olds)
The People at the Front Desk,some seem to know nothing nor Cared. while some at least attempted. I don’t Remember her Name but Day Shift during the weekend. She was very Rude and Obnoxious.

Saturday night the pool was jam packed full of kids. It was incredibly loud and chaotic.
