My Husband and I stayed here the day we got married to celebrate. The staff was SO friendly and nice and even had a conv

The property was absolutely beautiful. Very private and feels so very safe! Even has security guarding the area.

The only thing about the double bed suite is that there was a bit of an issue was the heat/ac. In the bedroom it was much colder in the living room. It was very noticeable but not much of a problem. Still slept in it comfortably.

Best pool out of em all!

The pool is absolutely amazing and the rest of the hotel is gorgeous! During the week they make your breakfast to order and then weekends they have the buffet! All cement floors so there were no noise complaints which makes taking 6 kids a lot easier!

I did not like how for breakfast, the cook use one board to make food. Pork, ham and veggies omelets were cooked side by side with the Same spoons. I declined my order. After seeing that

Overall pleasant

Hotel was very nice. Front desk staff were amazing

Only complaint I have is the one woman who worked in the breakfast area restocking was EXTREMELY RUDE. She made many people feel uncomfortable. Came right behind my daughter and slammed down a lid that was slightly open. She rushed everyone out of the breakfast area before it was even closing. I have stayed at other embassy’s and breakfast is one reason I choose you guys. This woman made breakfast with you very unpleasant.

Great

Managers reception was great and so was the breakfast. Out of waffles by 8:15, which seemed early. But good otherwise.

Most of the outlets didn't work and neither phone worked either.

Exceptional!!

I love the price of the room. How neat and clean it was. The staff was amazing. Greeting us every time we entered and very patient to be sure that we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. I can't wait to stay there again the next time I visit Ohio!

The staff was so nice and friendly!!!!! I got married on August 19th 2023. We stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon From the moment me and my husband walked in.... We was taking care of like a queen and king!!!! The room was clean and smelled really good.. NICE!!! WE REALLY ENJOYED

Too many gnats around the bar and kitchen area. We couldn't enjoy the food and drinks some time. The food and drinks were delicious

A waste of money. My kids were disappointed with the room. But enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

My hotel room was dirty. Informed front desk nothing was done. Informed front desk again after stay. I was told temporary agent workers work there and they haven’t been doing their job correctly.

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom, sheets were dirty and food and trash was in the pull out bed.

They never dissapoint!

We stay here when any of the family is in St Ann’s hospital giving birth or for surgeries, etc. We live about an hour away so this makes sense for us to stay close by during these times. We love the staff here especially Amelia & the second shift manager (I forget his name). We also LOVE the pool & can’t wait for our next visit in August when the outdoor pool will be open. Breakfast is AMAZING as well!

Nothing, it’s wonderful! The floor around the pool could use an update but I’m sure that’s coming soon.

Pretty Good

Stayed here for an anime convention and this hotel was pretty nice, never had an issue with an Embassy Suite and will book here again in the summer. The pool is also one of the larger ones I've seen with an outdoor connecting one, kids will love it.

the communication betweenst the staff was poor and the price was uncertain among everyone. that was frustrating. and they don’t show enough pictures about the room layout.

The staff is amazing! My son left his loved blanket behind and we got in contact right away and the staff was so amazing. They are shipping the blanket to us. I am so happy with our stay and the staff!
